Roofing Reviews in Fort Mill

The inspection was performed as outlined. The contractor spent more time telling me what I needed to do such as add insulation and an attic fan than he did reviewing the inspection report with me. He was good but I would have preferred more discussion regarding the status of my ventilation.

gave a heads-up call before coming over. He was
professional and performed a visual inspection of my roof, siding, and gutters.
After the inspection was complete, he gave me a verbal appraisal of what he had
observed, and later that day, emailed me 52(!) photos.

To be honest, I was expecting a bit of sales pitch telling
me that I needed some roof repair and gutter cleaning. In the last 6 years, we've had 4 or 5
hailstorms, and I have observed some of my neighbors replacing their roofs
after an "inspection" was done on their roofs. Maybe some did have
sufficient damage, but after being told my gutters were clean and free of
debris, and he had only observed “minor hail strikes’, I began to wonder if my
neighbors had been taken in.

I should also mention that while on the roof, he sealed some
exposed nails and accessories. Done and

I will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.

was very professional and fit me into the schedule. At times things moved a bit slower than I had wanted, but ultimately they fit me into their schedule where it was convenient for me (they came on Memorial Day to get the services completed). The soffit fix on the roof was done very well. There was a bit of miscommunication about the gutter cleaning; I was under the impression that they would be flushed out with pressure washing, but instead only the debris was blown out in certain spots. That being the case, I would have thought the price would have been a bit lower. I spoke with the company and they apologized about this and handled the situation well. All in all, I would use them again in the future.

On the day of the appointment,
Fort Mill Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
, the technician, showed up on time, and called to let me know he had arrived. He inspected the problem area, diagnosed it, fixed it, and showed me - with several detailed photos - exactly what the problem had been, and how he had fixed it.
Fort Mill Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
was prompt, professional, friendly, and didn't try to sell extra services. While my experience was with only a small issue, it was a great experience.
Fort Mill Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
will be my go-to company for roof repairs in the future. I would highly recommend them.

They did a great job - they came out and took a look to see what needed to be replaced. I thought only a few pieces were cracked, but when we walked around the house, we found several more that needed to be replaced. They ordered the replacement pieces - came back within a week and moved old pieces up and put the new pieces at the bottom of the house so any color changes are not as obvious. The price was extremely reasonable and the service was excellent and responsive.

Please note: I don't recall the exact amount we paid since it was five years ago that

replaced our roof.

We got quotes from various roofing companies after experiencing heavy damage during a hailstorm in 2009. We also had a leak that dripped water directly onto our master bedroom ceiling, causing water stains. We needed a new roof!

After obtaining various quotes, we decided that we like

best (their price was in the middle of the pack, but their professionalism impressed us, as did their warranties).

came out and promptly ripped up our existing roof and put the new one in place. During the job, their heavy truck was in our driveway, which couldn't handle the weight of the truck - one slab of the driveway snapped in two. We determined that the dirt under the driveway had been slushed away due to a leak in one of our sewer pipes, causing an open space that did not support the cement slab properly. We never would have known had the truck not broken the driveway! We asked
Fort Mill Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
to cover half the expense to repave the driveway, to which they agreed, knocking off the estimate amount from their final bill for the roof. We had the pipe repaired and the cement

When it came time for cleanup, his crew did a great job getting up all the materials and most of the nails from around the property. I did find nails laying on my front sidewalk and back patio the day after they completed the job, but only a handful.

Five years later, our roof still looks brand new and we've not experienced any trouble with it at all.

They made a few suggestions and then immediately - in our yard - wrote a plan and gave quote for correction. They came back in a few days and did all the work. Quoted and additional $836.40 - and that is what we gladly paid. 1.Remove & replace 2" downspouts to 3". and WOW!! last week the rain and
Fort Mill Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
weather PROVED THEY knew what to do... ALL areas did great! 2. Added / installed A NEW downspout to the wall on the left of the front corner of stoop. Although it "looked" different - after 2 weeks we don't even notice it and we actually doubt anyone else would think it strange because of our softer colored brick and the beige gutters - to match the all others. 3. Added a "splash Guard (like a diverter) @ front left corner gutter at front door. - IT IS MAGIC~~ no more water holes - in flower beds. My ONLY SUGGESTION - get a METAL DETECTOR (or a Mom) to look for debris. I found found 4 small spiral strips and one "end crimp" which could be dangerous if our kids were playing hide and seek OR the lawn mower caught one and threw it...

did the roofing on my new construction home. After about nine months of living in the home, some of our shingles blew off in 38 mph winds. The builder, who we won't mention here, called
Fort Mill Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
who said it wasn't their fault and wanted money to fix. After looking at the shingles, most only had three nails installed. From everything I read online, 4 in the min roofers should use. I had to fight and fight to get this company and the builder to step up and fix it for free. They blamed the weather and not the install but the nail holes didn't lie. It was finally fixed but I would not recommend this company.

Called them on Friday, 3/7, to have them quote a leak in our roof. A gentleman from the company took my name and information, and he said they'd check schedules and get right back to me. A week went by, and I never received a return call. I called them again on Saturday, 3/15, and left them a message to let them know I still haven't heard from them. I thought this might inspire them to get on the ball and call me, a prospective customer, on the following Monday. I guess my expectations are set too high. Still no phone call as of Tuesday, 3/18. They've lost my business.
Perhaps my job was too small and they simply weren't interested and/or they are too busy to deal with small jobs. I could appreciate if that was their position, however they should have at least had the professional courtesy and courage to tell a customer they are not interested. Very poor.

came out to my house and did an estimate. They showed up right on time and were very honest in how they would approach the window replacements. They offered suggestions on how I might save money without sacrificing quality. They did rough measurement of the windows and then worked up a price that was very good and I decided to move forward with them. The windows they use are Wincore Windows and from what I can tell they are a very good vinyl replacement window which is what we were looking for. The windows were custom made.
Fort Mill Roofing Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very diligent in making sure he had the right measurements. We had to make a minor change in a window configuration and he sent one of his guys out to re-measure to make sure we would have a good fit. That paid off with a smooth installation. The windows took about a week (not including the Thanksgiving holiday) to be made and come in.

worked around my calendar to have them installed at my convenience. He even offered to do it on a Saturday or Sunday if needed.

also stopped by to make sure the job was going as planned. I am very happy with the windows and installation and plan to get other windows done next year. These are good people that do good work. I would recommend them.
