As a local agency just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina we are able to offer face to face meetings to my clients, at a time when most businesses do everything over the phone or internet. We service group clients in SC, NC, KY, VA, PA and ME. I worked for CIGNA Healthcare for 10 years processing claims and reviewing medical appeals. I also worked for a major doctors practice challenging claim denials for patients. My goals is to take the headache out of insurance for my clients.
