, was supposed to pick us up at 6am Saturday,
19th 2014. At 6:10, he still hadn’t arrived and we then decided to call the 2 contact numbers we had for the company. One number went right to voicemail, the other went to a generic, came-with-the-phone message. We left messages at both numbers, didn’t hear anything. At 6:15, we decided to pack our car and drive
ourselves, since our flight was at 8am. We called both numbers again while on the way to tell them not to bother, went to voicemails again. Luckily we got to the airport and parked our car in long-term parking and got to the gate right as they were boarding the plane.
We landed at our destination, turn the phones back on. NOTHING. No voicemails profusely apologizing or explaining what happened. We’re in our rental car, and I receive a FACEBOOK MESSAGE from
. Not even a phone call. He went the cowardly and unprofessional way of communicating through Facebook. He apologized, yadda yadda, said he was on
vacation and hired another guy to do the job who has never been late, yadda yadda, offered a free trip in the future and refunded our credit card the $160 we paid him.
I messaged him back saying thanks from apologizing, but I
’t why it took 8 hours to hear back from him. I also posed the question of him reimbursing us our long-term parking costs since we had to drive in and pay for parking due to his company’s negligence. He doesn’t respond. I write him a similar message after flying back home, after paying $180 for long-term parking. I finally hear back from him. He responds with “Why would I pay for your parking when I refunded your 160.00 dollars already” REALLY?!?!??!
While compensating us for our parking is not mandatory, I believe it would have been the appropriate thing to do, especially to save face as a small business owner. I even asked (through Facebook
still, since that is the only way he’s choosing to “communicate” with me), that if instead of offering a free trip in the future (which would be very comparable to our $180 parking bill), we just compensate us for our parking. NEVER HEARD BACK. I’m not expecting to hear from him again, so the only thing I can do is to warn future victims of this horrible business. Choose someone else to drive you to and from the airport. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

, our driver, was very professional at all times. He arrived 30 minutes early and reassured us that he was ready and waiting. The limo was stocked with ice, mini-water bottles, and nice barware.

I utilized services with this provider for a brewbus tour. The plan was to travel between four different local breweries during a birthday celebration within the allotted three hour time frame.
Prior to the date of actual service, my credit card was charged an extra $126. Allegedly, this was charged because I had asked about the possibility of adding an additional hour on to the service. However, I never agreed to add that hour on and we stayed within the allotted time frame of 3 hours that I had already prepaid.
While we did arrive back to the destination past the 3 hour deadline, the charge to my card was made days before before the date of service, so it wasn't like we were being charged at that time for being late. The only reason we went past our allotted time was because I approved the driver to go run a personal errand during our time of service. Upon arriving at the first location, the drive asked me if he could head out after our second stop and run this personal errand. He assured me that he would not charge us the extra time since he would be gone for approximately 45 minutes. I approved him to run this errand because he said it was so he could go pick up his son from somewhere and I want to put his young child in an awkward position.

to transport the bridal party to the wedding/reception venue in their Cadillac Escapade and then they came back 5 hours later with a Town Car to pick up the bride and groom. We had the same driver for both trips (

, I think). He was great. Plenty early both times. And he was super helpful getting the bride inside the building without being seen by the groom and guests who were standing by the main door! The reservation staff were friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again.

We had purchased a 'Night on the Town' certificate in September with the intent of using it for a weekend night out. Having been burned on a similar purchase in the past (from a different provider), I made sure there were no restrictions listed on the advertisement for the purchase or on the certificate itself..there were none, other than a limit on the number of passengers. When I called to book the night, I was told it was only good for Sunday through Thursday. (Reall!y!?!?! Who does a 'Night
on The Town" on those days???). Explained that nowhere does it say those restrictions on either their Certificate nor on the advertisement when I made the purchase (I made a copy of the add...just in case, glad I did). Was told it
was not his problem, and he will not honor it other than Sunday-Thursday....I would not have bought it had those restrictions been listed....again, was told not his problem. Explained that I am basically out the money we paid for it now since we can never use those days based on work schedules, he did not care.....asked if he would honor it, refund my money, or If I need to go to
court to get my money back......his reply was" F--- off, see you in court" and hung up.
Totally shocked that he would not honor his own certificate, even more dismayed by the unprofessional attitude. Thankfully, the radio station that sold his certificate for him at their auction, in exchange for significant advertising time on their station for his Limo Service, did refund my money as a courtesy. They did not have to do this...the

was on Glow, not them, to honor his commitment...the radio station fulfilled their side of the agreement with the advertising, but sadly Glow Limo chose not to. We had used his service once before with average results, was not happy about the large amount of oil that his car had leaked onto our concrete driveway, and probably should have realized he was not the most reputable person when he did not care nor even apologize for it after he was informed.

Not bad, but not well. When I first called, I VERY explicitly asked if the driver would meet my M-I-L outside of customs, in the terminal, as she is older, and getting forgetful. They told me they would. Cut to today. They were not there. They said that Mass Port won't let them enter the terminal building, and that they wait in the limo lot. Well, they did not tell me that on the phone. Again, I explicitly asked for this service, and had called other companies who said they could not do this. My M-I-L is pushing 90, and has mild memory problems. So I KNOW I asked them. If they had said that the could only pick her up in the limo lot, I could have told her. As it was, she got off an international flight (in a wheelchair) and was going around looking for the driver. Not cool. They said it was a mis-communication. But, really, if they had told me that they did not have "greeters" I would have called another service. Once the guy got there, it was ok, but I feel badly for my M-I-L. who was confused.
