To start with, I called
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
on 6/13/14 and needed an arrangement sent out QUICK! Like delivery within two hours, quick. They said they could do it and they did! The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL! I was very satisfied. I called them again today to order an arrangement for a funeral. I've given them a little more advance notice this time!

Ordered flowers at 7am to be delivered within 4 hours but not after 5pm to my wife for our anniversary. Flowers were not delivered. After finally getting somebody on the phone and talking for over an hour I was refused a refund and offered a in story credit. As of 8pm I still did not receive my flowers. Do not use this company. You will loose your money and not get anything. Fraud!!!

Provided flowers for wedding party and reception. The arrangements were all beautifully done. Everyone, including the venue commented on how lovely the flowers were. I would highly recommend this florist for all your needs.

Overall, very unprofessional.
My fiancé and daughter met with a woman named
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
(the owner?), and provided pictures and descriptions of the 5 pieces. They were told that the entire order would be "around" $150.00: the 2 boutineers were $18/piece, the corsage $25-$30, and the bouquets"around 50-ish." My daughter texted
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
a picture of the maid-of-honor dress at least 3 times;
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
could never retrieve the picture (daughter has an iPhone). Two days later, I receive a call from an assistant who tells me the order was over $300. I was extremely surprised and started asking questions. The assistant was unable to answer many of the questions, and told me I needed to place the order now to get the flowers ordered--which made sense, given that the wedding was in less than 2 weeks, but I still did not understand how an order doubled. I was hoping to make some substitutions to lower the price.
I contacted another florist in the same town, told them about the 5 pieces and the price from
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
. The woman who answered the phone at the other florist (Weddings by
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
) seemed very sympathetic and took my information. The owner had just left for the day. I followed up with an email that included more information about colors, the pieces, and the price quoted by
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
.
I never was contacted by
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
, so I called the next day to follow up. The reception this time was very frosty. I was told that the shop was too busy to accept my order ( 5 pieces???). I called
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
, and spoke to
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
, who informed me that her shop was in a small town (no kidding); that I had "bad mouthed her to another florist" (since when is challenging a price and seeking better service bad mouthing?); and that she was not going to work with me because I could not be satisfied and that I was "too difficult to work with." She also informed me that other florists would not work with me because of her influence.
Wow. I just got dissed by a flower arranger. I went to Public's in Graystone, spoke with a lovely woman named
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
, and had awesome flowers. For $60. In a week. When I walked into Public's to pick them up, everyone was so nice and congratulatory. Even picking up flowers was fun!
Maybe
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
were going to be incredible. For $300, absolutely. But $300 in flowers for an hour's worth of posing for pics, a 15-minute ceremony, and a 2-hour dinner just seemed over the top for this bride.

I placed an online order for delivery to a funeral home, their online ordering system was very easy to use, had several lovely options. After I'd confirmed the order I received a call from them, I had mistakenly typed the recipients name incorrectly and they noticed and contacted me to verify. That is not something I would have otherwise caught, and although the departed's family might not have seen the name, it was still an error that I really appreciated that the staff at
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
caught and went above and beyond to correct. I would definitely use them again!

The water mitigation was taken care of very quickly and efficiently. The drywall repair took forever to schedule, every time I called, i was told someone would be in touch... That rarely happened. Once a date was finally pinned down, they stuck to the schedule and the work was done very well and on budget.

I have used
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
in the past so when I was looking for a special birthday flower arrangement I called them for help. I explained that I wasn't looking for the typical two dozen roses approach and wanted something unique. They came through with a wonderful arrangement of very large daisies, roses, and at least four other flowers that I don't even know the names of. Anyway the flowers were very fresh artfully arranged and came in a beautiful glass vase. They were delivered when I requested within reason and the comment from the recipient was "this is the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever seen."

I called the florist the morning before I wanted the flowers to be delivered. They were very nice and helpful on the phone. I could have ordered on-line but I preferred to speak to someone who worked there. I had looked on-line the day before so I knew which arrangement I wanted. I ordered the Exquisite Beauty and had it upgraded to the deluxe option. The cost was $85 plus $15 for the delivery.
I gave them two time frames to deliver the flowers, one in the morning and one in the evening. I was told if I wanted the morning delivery it would be more expensive so I chose the evening. The recipient lived near Union Station. They arrived on time and my friend said they were lovely!!
I would definitely use them again. They had good options to choose from on-line, their prices were reasonable and I heard they were beautiful.

staff assisted me over the phone in selecting appropriate flowers for a funeral. Their suggestions were wonderful and the arrangement that arrived was absolutely beautiful. I was so glad to have had their expert advice and the arrangement was everything I hoped it would be. It consisted of vase of tall, enormous and luscious white roses contrasted against a generous amount of varied greenery. The simplicity of this arrangement was elegant and lovely and lush all at the same time.

Upon receipt, the flowers looked very pretty. We did all the changing of the water as instructed. However, by Saturday, 6/14 they were looking poorly and we were ready to throw them out. Held on to them till Monday and called
Anderson Special Events Provider Name Locked
In Winnetka and advised them the flowers were really in bad shape and mostly dead. She asked my name and put me on hold for several minutes. Upon returning, advised me they were FTD (not sure what that had to do with anything) and they only lasted 3 to 5 days!!! I was amazed at that response. I told her I've received flowers many times and it is rare for them not to last for at least a week and sometimes way longer. I have a florist friend (not in my area) and told him what had transpired and he, too, was astounded and said there was no excuse for such poor performance and they should have been replaced or the sender's money should have been refunded.
