2. A CHARGE FOR BLUE LINK IS ON MY CREDIT CARD - IT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED AND I WANT IT REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. I CONTEND THAT IF MY EMAIL ADDRESS WAS CORRECT TO BEGIN WITH THERE MIGHT HAVE BEEN AN EMAIL LETTING ME KNOW OF THIS CHARGE BUT SINCE ALL MY BLUE LINK INFO GOES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS I WOULD NEVER HAVE SEEN IT.

IS HORRIBLE AND THEIR DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE CLOSED - THEY don't KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE AND WE PURCHASED 2 CARS IN 1 DAY - THEY ARE LAZY AND NEVER RISE TO THE OCCASION - THEY EXPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS TO WORK AT THE RELATIONSHIP OF DEALER AND CUSTOMER, BUT THEY don't DO ANYTHING TO HONOR THAT FRAGILE RELATIONSHIP - THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO TAKE AND NEVER GIVE - NOTHING. THEY ARE A POOR EXCUSE FOR A DEALERSHIP AND THEIR FRANCHISE SHOULD BE TAKEN AWAY FROM THEM.

Service experience was terrible! I took my Q7 which was bought at the same dealership for service and two complaints. Side view mirrors don't adjust electronically and steering wheel shake at high speeds. Issue 1: The car was kept for 2 days because they couldn't diagnose the issue with mirrors. On 2nd day I was told mirrors are fine but when we went to pick up the car there was no change at all. They kept the car another day then they called saying it would be $600 to fix the motor. I inquired was that for both sides, I was told to wait then told both sides would be $1200! 5 mins on the web told me the issue it took them 3 days to find and also step by step instructions to fix. It takes about an hour to fix and is an easy DIY job. Issue 2: Steering wheel shake, I told them to rotate and balance the tires and paid $80 compared to most places which do it much cheaper thinking they will do a better job. I was told that it was a balancing issue and to try the car. If there was still an issue they would take the tires off the wheels to redo. When I called back saying the issue still exits I was told it would cost $300 to do road force balancing... What a joke! Moral of the story...go there till you are under warranty and

I called this company and was told I would receive a call back to set up an appointment to look at some mobile homes. After about a week or so I called the company again. I was told again that i would receive a call back. Another week later still no phone call. I have emailed a boss of the company explaining my experience and frustration but have not heard anything back yet but I sent the email yesterday. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have delayed my home buying progress by weeks.

One of the reasons I chose the Sedici’s is because they offered a “Lifetime Guarantee.” When I purchased the boots, I specifically asked the salesman to clarify the “guarantee.” I asked him, “So you’re telling me that if I wear them out, I can return them and you’ll give me a new pair?” He replied, “Yes.” Within 9 months, the soles on both of my boots completely failed. They did not “wear out,” they broke apart. I haven’t worn them since.



On April 19, 2014, my wife and I were in
