"I personally discovered this business is running a scam. The owners are
Kulbachny,
Ram, Nataly Kulbachny and Igor" Kulbachny. Basically what they do is start many different businesses under different names, probably to disperse their assets and avoid income levels within tax codes. Multiple business names I know of so far that they operate under include Northwest Home Care,
., Arstar, and
Home Health. One of the managers listed
as a "Bowling
" on Angies list. This business chain hires Certified Nursing Assistants but do not tell them that they are actually logging their hours as Home Workers (rather than as a CNA) on the Nurses registry, to avoid paying these CNA's more money. A significant issue with this incorrect job title listing is that the CNAs actually can
their CNA certification because the Kulbachny’s are not listing them as CNAs. Furthermore, this Kulbachny business chain gives badges to their workers that basically look like CNA badges, even though they are logging their hours as Home Workers. I’ve had five different CNA's in my home from this business chain to care for my husband. Every one of the five CNAs had no idea this business chain wasn’t properly listing them as CNAs on the nurse’s registry. CNAs should make somewhere around the $20 or so range, however, this business chain only pays these CNA workers about $10 per hour with no raise. One of my five workers had been with this business chain for five years and has never had a raise. She also was certified in 1998 as a CNA. Even though CNAs are required to re-certify every couple years to maintain their CNA status, this Kulbachny business chain told this CNA that she didn’t need to re-certify. When I called the Kulbachny business chain and asked about this they told me that it isn’t the business' responsibility to re-certify their CNAs. The heartbreaking thing for me is that these workers are being taken advantage of by management in order to make a bigger business profit.

They did a fantastic job in finding a care giver for my parents as they can be a little difficult to work with. They really did a great job!

There were only two visits, so it is difficult to rate the service as yet. The provider was very pleasant, but there were some major problems with communication, as English is not her native language, Also, some aspects of the service which I assumed would be understood (such as emptying the lint trap on the dryer when doing several loads of laundry) were not done. This may also be a cultural/experience problem, but if I had not caught it, long term omission of this step could cause a fire.

also learned aboIt was very friendly but also detailed and professional. We worked together to find a caregiver who would be a good match for Mom, who is not very mobile but has an active and agile mind and who loves to play cards, games and puzzles. Because it is only a once a week need, the representative was also very realistic about the ways and chances of getting the same person every week. This was all new to us, so we were very pleased to get such a complete view of
Pawtucket Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
and its services. We were also pleased to know that help was available 24/7, and that the phone would always be answered by a person who works for the organization, not answering services.
Our caregiver has been wonderful so far. We are so pleased.

I've very pleased with the President/CEO. She's very responsive and very pleasant. Their price is very agreeable. My aunt can afford it. Other people will benefit from their service. I haven't had anything disappointing happen. They are really dedicated. Her costs depend on the kind of services they provide. She charges fairly. They're very professional and reliable. They're very customer friendly.

Installation of a used stair chair was done on time and worked fine. Unfortunately,
Pawtucket Home Helpers Provider Name Locked
only was able to use the chair 4 times as she passed away from breast cancer within 10 days of the chairs installation. The chair can be resold and uninstalled by

. I called and asked to have the chair removed and was told they would call me the next day. After a week I called back was given an amount that I would receive as a repurchase. When the technician arrived he attempted to get me to accept 50% less than I was told over the phone. I would have recommended

You can tell she has a passion for care giving. She was very informative and knowledgeable. She took her time and explain her business very well. I have called several companies and they are quick to try to explain and this is not a business that should be that way. I enjoyed knowing that this business was handled by someone who had a passion for what she does.
