They were very quick, even letting me help as they made all the new connections, and answered all my questions. They were very knowledgeable and while they couldn't answer some questions immediately, they knew who to call to get the answers I needed.

will even call back to ensure your service issues have been resolved. The problem is this happens too often. Along with cable freezing and channels getting stuck. They have gotten entirely too expensive and never adjust billing for times when service outages impact viewing capabilities. Am currently in the

DSL Internet is nearly the speed of dial-up service in south Carlsbad due to insufficient equipment, funding, manpower, care, and other factors. If you are lucky, your 12MB service will be around 1MB at best. It's much worse during peak hours. Multiple reports have yielded no results, They simply do not care, and have no timetable to fix this issue. It's been this way ever since the oil and gas boom in this town, a few years ago.

continues to sell high speed Internet service, but cannot provide it. I feel this matter should be investigated by the FCC. A nationwide communications business should not be allowed to falsely advertise speeds which are unattainable to the customers. I am selling my home and moving because of this issue. It's THAT bad!

Responded cordially to call for assistance. Tech called to set up appointment for in home service. Arrived promptly. Went through service procedures and answered any questions or concerns I had regarding the service call.

This ISP does not need a phone line, and provides WiFi, just plugging it into the wall.
It is not fast compared to any other wifi I've used. When I purchased the service a few years ago it was unlimited byte download limit. Not it is capped at 20Gig. That is about 3 Netflix movies a month. Not very much. If you go over they charge an arm and a leg.
I occasionally (a few times a month), need to turn it off and restart the router to get it going again.
This ISP one of the only options in the area and not terribly expensive and that is why I stick with em, but I don't really like this

Day 1 - I entered the store and saw several employees working with customers. I stood there for a few minutes, and was ignored. I wandered around to see if anyone could help me, but I was ignored, so I left. Total time wasted = 7-8 minutes
Day2 - I entered the store, and I was greeted at the door by a woman who was very polite and professional. She took down my name, and asked me to wait for the next available representative. While I was not to

on the idea of waiting, I felt like this was the fairest way to do this. So I shuffled off to the corner where others were waiting. After 25 minutes an associate called my name. After a brief conversation we came to the conclusion that the upgrade that I wanted to do was not possible because I was not designated as a manager on the account I was sharing. Total time wasted = between 25 and 30 minutes
Day 3 - After being added as a manager on the account, I entered the store to be greeted again and sent off to wait. I came at a different time of day this time hoping it would not be so busy. I was disappointed. I watched the minutes tick off of my lunch break until I realized I had to get back to work. So I left. Total time wasted = 20 minutes.
Day 4 - I entered the store with the understanding that I would be there for a while. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called after only 20 minutes! I made it clear what I wanted, and the sales associate decided to try and sell me a lot of other stuff. After saying no to at least 5 attempts to sell me chargers, cases, headsets, and phones different from the one I picked out, he finally went into the back room to get my phone. When he rang the phone up, it suddenly was not free anymore with my upgrade as was previously stated. I was now expected to pay $100 and mail in a $50 rebate. I just turned around and left.
It may be worth noting that other customers were pretty fed up too. I overheard many of them talking with associates about their frustrations with the wait time and the lack of service. I am surprised there are not more negative reviews on this site.

Phone service is OK, but expensive. Wireless phone is OK and seems reasonably priced. Internet service was slow and unreliable. Support was poor. Website is thoroughly confusing. Until recently you had to remover several passwords. That is remedied now but you still have to to wander all over the site to check on the different services. Internet service was so poor that I dropped it and although the service I have now is slow, it is reliable. 100% better. I would never recommend their DSL internet. I stick with

All of this occurred in January after one of the reps from ATT offered us a "better price" on our service if we converted our business land line to a business cell phone (we already had 5 cell phones/iPads). They assured us we would not

any service, but the instant we changed, we lost our internet which was a near disaster for our international internet business. It took them 7 days to get our internet back and that was when they reduced the cap on our bandwidth because they had already sold what we had. It has been a complete disaster. The problem with using satellite is losing our service during all the summer rain storms, so our options were/are very limited.

Went OK, technician came to the house at the appointed hour, installed proper termination equipment, installed MODEM, tested, hooked to wireless router, everything tested good. Have had no issues since installation over 2 years ago. no outages.
