came to my home to fix my grandfather clock. He was very prompt, courteous and professional. He took one look at the clock and knew right" away what was wrong. I am extremely pleased to hear my clock chime again (and in tune)! I will definitely use
if the clock fails again. Thanks so much!

"The clock I gave to him to fix, (over winded) and he took all the insides of the clock and replaced the mechanics. I picked it up and brought it home and it started" running fast, so I called him to complain. He said I had to fix it myself. I really think he is a ripoff service guy and would never take anything to him again. I am 69 years old-
abuse, he charged $374.50!!!

The thing I want to stress is trust. I have had other "clock repair men" into the house to work on the clock who wanted to replace the mechanism immediately and left the house without getting the clock working. The CLOCK DOCTOR took that approach soon after looking at the clock.

has advised me of the level of wear in the clock which I understand. He indicated that clock may last a few more years before the overhaul is needed.
If you want to have peace of mind and confidence in the skill of the clock man, I stongly recommend Mr.

Nothing. I was looking for a low-priced clock repair place, but this facility works with super expensive clocks. I did not get the clock repaired. It's cheaper to get a new clock than to get it repaired. This form would not allow me to leave the first rating

The clock was a gift to mother in the 70's. It was admired by the grandchildren for years. It had seen several repairs to the cabinet.

had their work cut out for them with this beauty. They were completely professional yet family friendly. Once the repairs were complete they provided a instruction session for the clock. We are completely satisfied with the work and the 1 year guarantee is a big plus.

The owner's wife arrived punctually at 8 AM on the day of the appointment and proceeded to inspect the mechanism of the clock. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that the mechanism had to be taken to the shop for further work. Cost was explained at this time which we felt was very reasonable. We received a call several weeks later indicating that the clock was repaired and would be returned the next day at 8AM. She arrived promptly at 8AM and installed the mechanism. After completing the work, she explained how to maintain the clock and the warranty. She gladly answered any of our questions. The entire experience was very pleasurable and we would heartily recommend their service. We will definitely use them again should the need arise. They are truly professional in every sense of the word.

My grandfathers clock stop dropping the left and right weights, and stop chiming.

came to my house, took apart my entire 40 year old clock, cleaned it, oiled it, trained me on lots of different aspects of the clock - and got everything working again as it was supposed to be.
The training was great. I learned how to speed up and slow down my clocks pendulum, how to get it to stop chiming if I need it to, without stopping the pendulum, how to set the time more easily, and how to balance the clock to ensure it doesn't wobble on my uneven floors (distressed wood floors).

Very reputable and nice local business. When he wasn't happy with how the band i bought fit, after trying 3 bands at his expense, he gave me a free band. Wow. Great service.
