"Helio and his men did an excellent job in painting the exterior of our house. It had been several years since the house was painted and it really needed a lot of" work. Helio had his carpenter do a significant number of repairs and even replaced some trim with more durable PVC material. When it came time to painting, there were always several men on-site painting. I was shocked when the job was completed early, which is never the case for us. In addition, Helio was always available to discuss any concerns we had or to go over items. He promptly addressed minor concerns we had at the end of the job. He also did a great job of keeping in touch. Helio was always on-time, save for one instance where he was 15 minutes late. But he even called us when he was running late, which is also something I do not typically see with contractors! Helio was also flexible when it came to materials and did not try to use cheaper paint. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would work with Helio in the future.

"Nick came with his helper,
, on a September 28th and finished today on October 8, 2015. He originally came to paint a bedroom, but we kept" coming up with other jobs like the re-do of the bathroom. He went us to the paint store and helped me pick up the color for the bedroom. Then again went with us to Home Depot to select the vanity, medicine cabinet, the faucet, and more paint. Nick has very good ideas and tastes. I would have been lost in Home Depot without him. He knew what size we needed for all the items and he picked out the items we bought there (because I don't have very good taste). He is very, very easy to work with and always leaves the area he is working in , clean. And he takes away the things we replaced.

Finish carpenters can design, build and install woodwork structures in your house to enhance the quality and adorn the attractive appearance of your home. There carpenters can complete several different jobs for new homes or remodeling of an existing house.

Baseboards and molding

Baseboards and molding serve a practical function -- covering up the space where walls and floors join, as well as protecting the wall from scuffs and dents. But they also provide a decorating opportunity.

You need a general contractor - prefereably one who specializes in additions, because you have excavation, waterproofing, concrete, concrete cutting, carpentry, door and window, etc trades to coordinate.

The cost will depend a great deal on your topography around the house - if the base of the window will be above ground level at least 6 inches, then could run about $500 for a legal egress window purchase and about $1000-2000 for installation, depending on how deep into the concrete you have to cut.

If the bottom of the window will be below ground level, then to call it a bedroom (which mandates legal sized second egress and usauully at least one window)  then you will have two choices - bring it out into a solid watertight concrete storm cellar with collar to keep water out, stairs, and and weather and bug-tight cellar door that is inward-opening, which means a lot of space for stairs and landings top and bottom, or bring it out into an oversized window well at least 36 inches in diameter, and with steps to ground level, with adequate drainage and waterproofing to keep it dry. Either way, sometimes about as easy to put in an outside door as a window, and might raise property value more. Cost from $2-5,000 depending on how deep into concrete wall you have to dig, whether concrete wsall needs reinforcing with steel frame because of the depth of cut, how easy the digging is, and what your water conditions are near the foundation. The last thing you want to do is create an easy water or vermin ingress with your egress.

Dictated by Federal LAW , you will need a Licensed and EPA Certified HVAC Contractor

to make such repairs . In fact , by law , ONLY A licenesed HVAC contractor can buy or install

said eguipment , NOT A handyman nor general contractor !

YES , You should have an A.C. sleeve surrounding the through the wall unit . These sleeves will usually accompany NEW products , either as a package or an add on equipment purchase.

Contact a Licenesed PROFFESSIONAL at once !

It depends on what type of ramp you need. If it is built out of wood you could look for a carpenter or a deck company. If you are looking for a concrete ramp a mason would be what you are looking for. There are also metal ramps and I believe some medical supply companies may carry them or be able to steer you in the right direction. As for insurance coverage I am not sure. You may have coverage and would be best talking to your agent. Depending on why you need this ramp there may even be programs through your local government or even some of the local charities might help. It might be a project a local Scout Troop might help out on.

Woodworking reviews in State College

He honestly did a great job quality-wise. The front door looks great. He not only repaired the balcony area that I identified as damaged but reviewed the whole balcony and fixed other areas he was concerned about. He was a little sporadic with his responses at times, but he was ok with communicating through text which is the easiest for me. The only issue was when I was at work and he was finishing up the jobs at my house, my dog got loose. The people who found her left me messages saying that they called animal control and had no more information. By the time I got the messages, I rushed from work to the police station and ended up at there for an hour trying to figure out where she was. Turns out the police were able to locate her home and

was able to convince them to leave her with him. Luckily I have nice neighbors, I live on a pretty quiet street, she didn't make it far, she wasn't hurt, and I wasn't fined. She probably had a great day. But it was a great deal of stress when I didn't know where she was.

didn't tell me that day that anything had happened and was gone when I got home (not that I expected him to still be there). I did get a message from him a few days later apologizing for her getting away. I guess all is well that ends well. And I'm happy with the work that was done.

We were very happy with the high-quality of work in both the construction of and the installation of the cabinets. The Olsons could be counted on to be there when they said they would, to finish in a timely manner and to clean up afterwards. They were also easy to work with and personable. I appreciated that they responded quickly to texted questions I had for them.

Extremely professional.

& his workers removed the cross woods of the porch poles and remaining rails then they replaced them with new cross woods. Then they covered the porch with screen, when that was done they installed the lattice holders on the poles and placed the lattice securing the end with nails.

All went fairly well with all the expected delays and redesign. Apparently

I would highly recommend this company family owned and operated, very professional ,punctual, solid wood cabinets that are made in the USA. we couldn't say enough about this company . we got numerous estimates and all we can say is that other companies servicing this area need to take lessons from this company on how to treat their customers.if you want the job done by a professional team this is the ONLY ONE. GREATEST JOB!!!!!!BEST COMPANY!!!!!THANKS AGAIN LOVE MY KITCHEN

They showed up to review the job in record, great time. Then completely blew me off twice. Bummer. Nice Guys but not reliable. They should quote that there are in fact jobs that are too small.
