Some examples are adding a new retaining wall, new mail box or a new lamp post, fixing or replacing your old and unsafe steps or walkways just to name a few. The advantages of a great curb appeal - you will be proud of your new exterior when you come home from work or have friends and family over, it's important for the overall structure and integrity, your house will sell faster and increase the value, the advantages are endless! When things go wrong, it almost always happens at the worst time. You wake up in the morning and someone hit your mailbox and it is laying on the ground in pieces (this one happened to me). We will be out same day and install a temporary one until you decide which one you would like to have permanently installed. I seen this one twice this year, a retaining wall that was not properly built and let go for too long and pushed over due to the freeze and thaw over the winter. We will come out and clean it up off of your driveway so you have some time to figure out how you want to fix the problem.
