right away. The representative anwsered my message in 24 hours and came to give an estimate the next day. When we agreed 2 days later, they said they thought it might be 3 to 4 weeks before schedule free for work to begin. However, in2 weeks they called and said, if willing, work could start at end of week. It was one contractor for all the actual work, including estimating supplies, securing them and all the building.
always showed up on time and put in a solid 8 hours. He was always pucnctual, polite, easy to work with and kept us informed. He neatly cordoned his tools at the end of the day. At the end of the job he cleaned up everywhere he had been. The deck, railings and stairs are very strong, well made, and good to look at. We are very, very pleased with the finished project, the process and would definitely deal with this company again. We highly recommend them.

In a nutshell, it went very well, and we are extremely pleased with the job that was done. The details: This is a small company in Dallas that purchases components and makes the windows in their factory. We initially scheduled to get a bid, and their salesman,
, came to our home, and gave us information about their company and what they could do. We then decided to visit their showroom when we had additional questions, and they took us into the plant and showed us the operation, including how the windows are glazed and all the construction particulars. There had a display of windows in their showroom, and we looked over the various kinds before making our decision. We had already received two prior bids from other companies, and the bid that was given to us by J&M was lower than both of those bids. We wanted the "Duo
" vinyl windows. Another company had quoted something like an additional $4k to do those; however, J&M was very reasonable for that upgrade. Also, in order to cut corners and lower the price, another company had told us we didn't need tempered glass in some areas where code requires tempered glass; so, be careful to know the code for where tempered glass is required. Tempered glass is expensive, but J&M was reasonable with the cost of that as well. Outside of this, one of the main reasons we went with J&M was that they could customize the windows pretty much any way we wanted them, and we changed some of the configurations of our windows. One of the other companies could not make custom windows to fit the "eyebrow" windows in the front of our house, and J&M accommodated. We had to wait about 6 weeks to have the windows installed. The installers,
, did an excellent, meticulous job. That included cleanup and covering of carpeted areas and nearby furniture. They also pulled the wires for the security system into the new windows, and we contacted our alarm company to finish re-activation of the system. The crew had been with the company for more than 10 years, and quietly did their work to the point you hardly knew they were there. You should know - This company does not do pressure sales, and they have a somewhat laid back attitude. They won't
you, so if you have questions, you have to e-mail or contact them. They sent a 2 man crew to install the windows, and they'll do about 6 windows or so per day. Our installation took 4 days. I'm not sure if they would double that up if you're in a bigger hurry to get the job done. They take their time and do it right. Needless to say, we're very happy with the work they performed.

It's been awhile since our work was done, but we are still happy with the work and would use
Reedsville Windows And Doors Provider Name Locked
again. they only work on large jobs (over $2500) so they are not the company for small repairs. We had an issue with the exterior paint and they came right out and fixed the problem. they stood by their warrantee. Not cheap, but professional, punctual and fast.

I visited the FAS & WINDOWS AND DOORS showroom in February of 2014. Here I was able to actually see what products were offered rather than just looking at a brochure. I met with one of their sales representatives briefly and set up a home visit. The home visit went well and the decision was made to order a set of French doors.
I was advised of the estimated timeline for the installation and paid the 50% deposit. Two months later I was contacted by the contractor utilized by FAS to advise of a date for the actual installation. Unfortunately upon arrival at my home on the assigned day, it came to light that the incorrect doors were sent. We did experience a bit of a vacuum of communication with FAS as to what had occurred and what would be the next step. However, eventually I was contacted by one of the owners of FAS and everything was set in motion again with a new installation date.
The contractors were timely ( both times ), extremely professional and the actual installation went very smoothly.I received a courtesy followup call again by the owner to make sure all went to my satisfaction.
The doors are phenomenal ...I receive compliments every time a new visitor comes to my home and sees the doors..
I definitely recommend their products and hope in the future to use FAS again for the replacement of windows in my home.

First, I gave them a "B" for Punctuality, only because on a Saturday it was not communicated to me exactly when they would be coming. If you would have had A-, I would have chosen that. This was for a

measurement before the job could be started. On the days the work was to be performed, they showed up everyday as promised.
I give them an overall "A".
I had a mess with rotted wood. I feared I was going to have to have most of my windows replaced.
Reedsville Windows And Doors Provider Name Locked
came out and fixed everything. They painstakingly took windows and replaced all rotted wood so they looked like new. The process was explained to me and I was kept informed of all the work while it happened and why what was being done was being done.
I am so pleased with the quality of the workmanship, and to me that's the main thing. My husband has the bill, so I'm not sure of the exact cost since the quote for the work was included in the painting invoice. I know the total invoice was reasonably priced.
The workman were polite and respectful, even when I am sure I was asking silly questions.
The main point I wanted to make was the qualtiy of the work done was excellent. All work was well supervised by

. I asked about a particular 2 boards on the window which were probably ok. He replaced them so I would be comfortable, although they probably were fine as they were. He wanted me to be happy with the work.

Everything went according to plan. We used this company 8 years ago to install our accordion shutters but did not have the front door done. Empire provided a quote, obtained the necessary permit and came out and did the installation. The job was done within an hour and a half. The installers were all very professional and polite. They cleaned up before they left. We are very pleased with

and highly recommend them.

The phone reps were friendly and set up the date for an estimate quickly. The rep who came was NOT at all friendly. He has a "why are you bothering me" attitude. I described what I would like, and he offered absolutely no opinion and no options. He took 2 min to measure the site, then handed me a brochure and left. Told me he'd give me an estimate in a week. It's been at least two weeks. Not a word. Terrible experience. We were planning on spending at least 50 grand. Guess someone else will get the business.

I had used Case before and was very satisfied; however, this time it did not go as well. I don't know if it was because they knew I was getting work done in preparation for selling the house. The job took longer than expected. They measured the front door/screen door and it was too long for the frame so they had to cut into siding. They also changed the side the door opens so now it is less convenient when packages arrive-have to go out on porch move them around to the small area next to the door to bring in the boxes. After the work was done and I received 5 year warranty paper, I called to have them fix the bathroom faucet they installed. It took over a week and five phone calls to gets a response. I had to insist that they call

(one of their workers who now covers their warranty in

since they no longer are in the area). He is very good and makes sure the work is done well. When I had another problem with the new screen door, again it took a week and four calls to get someone to come. When

came he fixed the door and took care of the upstairs window- they left brown paint on the outside glass. I could not open the windows to get to clean them.

got them opened and cleaned the paint off.

Reedsville Windows And Doors Provider Name Locked
was great to work with. He is very honest and does high quality work. We had a double front door replaced and glass replaced in 2 windows. We had other contractors come out to look at windows and they wanted to sell me new windows.
Reedsville Windows And Doors Provider Name Locked
right away said we only needed to replace the glass. He and his partner spent a lot of time installing the front door to ensure it was level, plumb, and well insulated. If you are looking for and honest contractor that does quality work, I would highly recommend
Reedsville Windows And Doors Provider Name Locked
. I will be using him again on future projects.
