Most of our work is by referral and has been since 1986. We provide a written estimate and once you accept the bid, we ask for 1/2 of the cost down with the remaining cost payable at the completion of the work. Any additional work required due to unforseen damage due to water, insect or rodents will discussed with the homeowner and a written work authorization will be prepared for signature before work will resume. Liscensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
