If it has to do with chimney's we know how to build it, install it, and/or repair it the right way at a fair price. Too ensure proper practices and care for your chimney Antrim's invests in the on going education of our employees. Our senior employees are required to attend various trade workshops and seminars annually to maintain their nationally recognized certification credentials. While 90% of our business is chimney related we do offer some other services to our customers. These service are, brick and stone masonry repair and re-pointing, masonry waterproofing, historic mortar matching, professional air duct cleaning, dryer vent inspection and cleaning, and rain gutter repair and gutter guard installation.... Please know that while these services may be "add on services", we do not take these tasks lightly and the work is guaranteed to be performed utilizing the appropriate products and methods available for the service. Our fees: Generally speaking, we do have a minor charge for providing estimates for repairs because estimates take up time and involve the liability of accessing chimney tops while using our equipment. Unless specified we generally include any estimate/inspection charges towards the bill for work that is contracted with us within 30 days of the inspection.
