Business Description: Update - 04/26/2013 - PLEASE NOTE, I (Gary Sr) was in a serious car accident on 04/02/2013, with a Semi-Truck and was injured pretty bad. I am just getting back to work, but our response time is a little slow, as we currently have a back log of inquiries. I am updating this section to clearly inform all perspective Consumers that maybe considering us for your project. From 11/2008 - 04/2012, I was employed by Service Master Rapid Response/Amish Roofing Co. as the VP Operations/General Manager. On 04/2012, I left that company and started my own business as listed on this site. New, Separate EIN #, Tax ID, with NO ties to my former employer... If you read my reviews, you will see that several reviews that are posted are prior to the start date of my new business. I started this Angieslist page for my former employer and retained ownership of the page as the work that I DO NOW is the same work I DID THEN. The page was original listed as Amish Roofing Co, and once I left, I relabeld the page as it is shown now....As you will see in the Review Section, I was in a dispute with a FORMER customer under the FORMER company I worked for, regarding a problem with work done then, possible warranty issue. As I told him and will make clear here... ALL WARRANTY WORK/ISSUES with work done by that company - Service Master/Amish Roofing Co, rest with the owner of that company, NOT ME... Anyone that posted comments prior to 04/2012, reflect work that I managed and oversaw while I was employed by my former employer. The work I did still represents me and the Amish Crew which left with me, but regardless of that, the work was done by my former employer, and PAID to him and his company, NOT ME and my current company..... I am more than willing to help and assist any former customers which had work done by the former company I worked for, but it may/will be at a cost to you, even if it is a warranty issue. All warranty work rest with that company, the one you paid to do the work. I may be the person that you spoke with at the time of that work, and I am HAPPY to assist you once again, but there may be cost for that assistance, thus I will need to be paid. I am more than willing to help you recover that cost from the company that you paid, if you need my assistance. Let this notice be full disclosure. Additional information is available to anyone that may wish to examine further, please just ask, we have NOTHING to HIDE!!!... The Amish Crew and I are very PROUD of the work that we DID THEN and the work we DO NOW , and we will ALWAYS be HAPPY to ASSIST any consumer if asked. Our ratings speak for our quality and care....
