Business Description: No Subs. Owner works on site. Cost is typically determined by an on site visitation and initial proposal identifing cost. Verbal acceptance of initial proposal is followed up by a formal, typewritten proposal defining scope of work, procedures, specifications, special conditions, payment terms and the like. As a consequence, the consumer understands what is and what is not included in the proposed cost. A contract is also supplied for signature and final approval. Simply put, customer and contractor remain friends during and after the work is completed. We will also complete work on a time and material basis upon request. In the interest of full disclosure, we trade as A Painting Enterprise. CPI Corporation t/a A Painting Enterprise. Under most circumstances, we ask for payment for material costs prior to the onset of work, and payment of the balance in full immediately upon completion of work. Certificates of insurance are available and will be issued upon request (confirms Liability AND Workmens Compensation). We have been in business for over 34 years, have plenty of practical experience, can offer great advice and provide the finest product because we understand the entire process.
