"We have had a great experience with this center. Our children have been coming here since they were 10 weeks old. Our children are very well taken care of and really" enjoy their time here. We feel like their teachers really care about them and treat them like their own children. It is one of the more expensive daycare centers in the area, but we felt it was really the best option. When our children were in the infant room the non-discounted fee was $275/week per child. In the 1 year old room it was $265/week per child and in the 2 year old room it was $245/week per child. They do offer discounts for the 2nd child - that's just the full non-discounted rate. Of course tuition increases can happen, but they can at least give you an estimate of costs if you are searching. The center is open Monday-Friday 6:30am-6pm and full time care includes breakfast, lunch, and snack. You must provide your own diapers/wipes, etc. Definitely worth checking out!

"Sent my kids for the summer. They seemed to enjoy it. I wish it wasn't so expensive however they are much cheaper than most summer camps. Thanks for taking such good care of my kids.

Founder Angie Hicks shares the reasons behind Angie's List's decision to operate a quality child care center at the company's headquarters in Indianapolis.

Full-time care can cost anywhere between $100 and $400 per week. Many facilities won't take children under a year, and if your child is between 12 and 18 months - still defined as an "infant" in many states - expect to pay an additional $50 to $100 per week. I'd like to start out by saying don't trust a word that comes out of

's mouth. She will lie lie lie until the day she
New Tripoli Daycare Centers Provider Name Locked
. She almost had me convinced that my children had become pathological liars until I spoke with other moms. My children basically roamed the class aimlessly for a few hours a day. They do know how to write their names but that might have been taught at home. Parent teacher conferences was a joke! I was told crap about someone else's kid because the stuff they told me my kid couldn't do he had been doing for over a year. They are so incredabally disorganized. You will find out about Friday's field trip on Monday and then you're expected to drop everything to go. They also have some bull p*** unwritten privacy policy that prohibits you from having any contact with other parents. Well when I was out of
New Tripoli Daycare Centers Provider Name Locked
's line of sight at field trips I was able to talk to a few moms and they told me things that just blew my mind! One mom witnessed the class having 31 students and just 1 teacher on several occasions. Another mom confirmed that the story my daughter told me about not being aloud to wear her sweater in class was true. Who tells a small child to take off her sweater? A monster, that's who! My kids also told me that another student had a bathroom accident and was forced to clean it up himself. I wonder if they really made a 4 year old clean up feaces. They also make up rules from day to day that might apply to one family but not to others. This was extremely frustrating because just when I thought I was following the unwritten rules I find out I'm in violation. By the last few weeks of the year I said screw it and stopped caring about the dumb rules. To sum it up, just don't send your kids to

While they did take care of our son and we were not worried about his safety, we were not happy with the overall cleanliness of the facility, nor the relative lack of organization. The infant room was very small and cramped, the infants played on a rug that caretakers and parents walks on with outdoor shoes (something I don't allow at home), and we repeatedly were given home articles of clothing, etc that were mixed up with another baby's. The price is great, however I personally need a little more organization and cleanliness for my son. We also decided that we were willing to pay more for a daycare that has webcams and an app to keep updated.

Always the best environment for children and learning. This daycare is amazingly clean and the staff cares and loves each individual child. The safety is beyond compare and the children are so excited to come everyday.

My daughter is almost two and has been attending
New Tripoli Daycare Centers Provider Name Locked
for about three months now. She and I both are very happy with her time there. The owner has maintained her pricing schedule. which is the most affordable in Freeport, while other places in town charge as much as double. My daughters linguistics, motor, and social skills have improved dramatically since she started attending. The carer to child ratio is more than adequate and the facilities are very safe and clean. Overall I have had an excellent experience with this child care facility. I recommend

to any parent looking for affordable, quality childcare. **The $213 price point is their weekly rate for my 1.5 year old. It's 46/day for part time.**

I enrolled my daughter here when she was 8 weeks old & had her enlisted for 7 months before removing her from the facility and seeking child care elsewhere. It broke my heart to pull her out of here after the relationships that she built with so many of the teachers and the other kids. However, it was the right thing to do for my daughter. My concern is the lack of organization and communication. In regards to organization, I lost track of how many times I had to complain about them losing her shoes, hair bows, bottles, bottle lids, spare clothes & bibs. Her items were sent home with other kids and vice-versa...even with everything being properly labeled. It was extremely frustrating to have to take inventory of what went to school with her & what didn't come home with her. In addition & most importantly, I received 3 "ouch report" phone calls in just 4 weeks. All three were from her learning to crawl and hitting her head on the tile floor...the last leaving a huge bruise on her left forehead that lasted a full week. The center is supposed to have me sign an "ouch report" with an action plan as to how to avoid the situation from happening in the future. I was only asked to sign one....and there was no action plan. In speaking with one of the teachers, she told me they had a little boy who had an ouch report every day for the same reason while he was learning to walk. That is just awful. I spoke with the Director
New Tripoli Daycare Centers Provider Name Locked
and shared my concerns. This conversation was had in the door way of her office in the dark which was very weird. I expressed my concerns and asked why there were tile floors and no type of padding or gymnastics mats in the classroom where babies are learning to crawl and walk. Her answer was that "we can maybe look into that." No empathy, apologies or true concern. Another concern is that there are also no changing tables, so infants and toddlers are changed on a counter...with no straps. That seems like an accident just waiting to happen. As a result, we removed her from this facility to somewhere that promotes a more safe & organized environment.

I had no major problems with the care that was provided, except that the last 3 times my son went there, he came home with a red/raw bottom. I attributed this to him teething and having frequent stools, but who really knows. More frequent diaper changes would have kept that from happening. The issue I have is the way this woman does business. She requires a $250 "deposit" to hold your spot, which I gladly paid, thinking that my son would be in her care for a long time. But, because she got into trouble with the state, she dropped us because we were only part-time. So, my $250 only bought me 5-6 weeks of service. She refused to refund us even a portion of the money that we are now having to cough up for a replacement
New Tripoli Daycare Centers Provider Name Locked
. She even acted as though I was ridiculous for asking for a refund, saying that it was non-refundable. I understand her needing to have some insurance to protect her from wishy-washy parents that have her hold a spot and then back out. But, she is the one that backed out on the agreement in this case. Not only do I have to scramble to find a
New Tripoli Daycare Centers Provider Name Locked
, which is never a decision you want to make in a rush, but now I have to pay a deposit to get into another day care. That is money that I now cannot spend on my child. She is holding onto money that does NOT belong to her. I have turned her into the Better Business Bureau because of this issue.
