"She is doing a great job. She is always one time and is very knowledgeable. She keeps me updated with all the progress my dog is making. I would definitely recommend her services.

"The trainer -
, worked well with all the dogs. I am an experienced dog owner but I have 2 dogs that were just out of control and beyond my" abilities in training. She would work with the dogs individually and explain to what and why she was doing it. Then she would show me and work with me to make sure I had it down. I had purchased 4 lessons for 2 dogs. It cost $650. She was very flexible with the days and times of the appointments. The difference in the dogs is outstanding. They come when called, walked get on the leash, they know sit, down, and stay. They also no longer show signs of aggression toward my other dog.

After being somewhat skeptical at first, I became increasingly impressed by the
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
of the
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
process. Both owner and pet must be "re-programmed" to achieve success.
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
has been patient with all four of the customers in our household. In addition, it doesn't hurt that he has a great sense of humor.

Penny is a great trainer. The organization is very reasonably priced (I looked at their pricing to see if I would board my own there –

I have been coming to
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
since September of 2014. I brought my dog 2-3 times per week and purchased several of the punch card packages for repeated visits. I’ve also referred at least 25 families to
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
. Up until yesterday, I was a very happy customer.
On February 26th, there was an incident involving my dog and another dog, a puppy. At the time of the incident, when pressed for information,
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
(the owner) stated that she did not witness the incident. The day after the incident,
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
left me a lengthy voicemail about how much they loved my dog, and how much they wanted us to come back, and how her staff believed it was an isolated incident. At
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
’s request, I did not bring my dog back to camp for one week.
I brought my dog back to camp on Monday, March 9th. When I picked him up at the end of the day,
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
told me that Bolt had been ‘grumpy’ with some of the other dogs, and they had put him in a ‘time out’ for a while. I explained that my dog might be out of sorts due to my fiancé being out of town for an extended amount of time (my dog and my fiancé are very close). We worked out a plan on how we would handle further visits to reduce the possibility of other incidents occurring. As we left, my dog jumped up on a woman that had come to pick up her dog. My dog did not injure the woman, but did unfortunately rip her pants from butt to ankle. I apologized and removed my dog from the building immediately. I do not believe that this incident was “aggressive” in nature, and just that my dog got very excited and accidentally ripped the woman’s pants.
Upon returning home, I emailed
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
and apologized profusely. Her response was very sympathetic and at no time did she mention needing to take another break, or anything about the incident in the lobby being aggressivein nature.
The next morning, she sent me an email saying that she felt my dog was aggressive and that I would need to take a few more weeks away from camp. While it is her business and she has the right to ask anyone to not come, this made me angry, as she had seemingly changed her mind over night.
I emailed her and asked her to answer the following questions regarding the biting incident: Why was my adult dog with puppies? Who/how many people were monitoring the dogs at the time of the incident? Were they distracted in any way (by cell phones, by posting to the
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
Facebook page)? Given my dogs inclination to use a 'warning system' with dogs that were bothering him, your staff should have observed that the two dogs were not getting along. Why were the dogs not separated before the incident occurred? Why was another dog allowed to harass my dog to the point that he felt like biting this other dog was the only way to get him to stop bothering him? How did you determine that my dog needed to 'take a break?' Was it your long term observation of his behavior, or was is solely based on this incident (which you did not observe)? Was the other dog asked to 'take a break' for behavior reasons? I also asked her to provide me with more information like… what time did the incident occur, and were there any other incidents that she did not discuss with me?
Her response was extremely vague and non-satisfactory. She did not answer any of my questions, and instead told me that she has ‘600 registered dogs’ and she has never had any incidents with any other dogs. I pressed, once again, for a response. She refused to give me a detailed account of the incident, and asked me to stop contacting her because I was harassing her.
All I want to know is how the incident occurred, how closely the employees were monitoring the room at the time, and what time the incident occurred. It concerns me that she will not honestly answer these questions and makes me concerned for the welfare of other dogs at camp. If anyone would like to read the entire string of emails between us to verify my version of the accounts, please contact me! I’m happy to share an uncensored version.

They were very good for the weekend daycare. However, the training was a failure. We left our dog here for three weeks. They would not allow us anywhere beyond the front room to tour. I had asked them several times for a list of what was included in the behavioral modification. When we had signed our dog up, we signed up for behavioral modification. When she finally gave us a copy of the chart she was filling out on what they went over each day in March. It ended up that they gave our dog puppy training which he already previously had. Nothing was on the list that we had discussed before dropping our dog off. Initially, I was extremely pleased and happy with their service. However, they did not give us the training that we paid for. I would not recommend them to anyone for training.

I have a particularly difficult dog to train. thought I could do it myself but just wasn't working out.
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
was very knowledgeable and helpful. Mr Gudel has a lot of experience and teaches you how to train your dog. Gives you a framework for discipline. He also seems to like dogs a lot as well. Was punctual and professional about appointments. would recommend him to others.

It went well.
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
came to our house for most of the lessons. We walked the dogs in a nearby park on two occasions. The younger dog was, and is, the more difficult dog. He barked at the teacher continuously through much of the lessons.
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
had her work cut out for her, but she never lost her confidence or professionalism. She recommended a certain kind of harness which makes the difficult dog more controllable when walking him. The dogs are now better at lying down and at staying when commanded to do so. I found
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
mainly because of positive reviews on Yelp.

New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
is the owner of
New Kensington Dog Trainers Provider Name Locked
. He has a variety of services he offers including dog training, pack walks, and boarding. We have been using him now for several months. We first started with dog training (recommended by our neighbor) and have since used him for pack walks and boarding. He is excellent, knowledgeable, reliable, flexible, and shows great interest in what he does. However, the best review comes from our dog, who thinks he is the best!
