Business Description: Founded in 1977, Paul F. Raywood General Contracting quickly became know for its work in historic and older buildings. Building on the experience gained working for the State of New Jersey’s Historic Sites Department on such historic sited as Morven, Princeton NJ, then the governor’s mansion, the Clarke House, Princeton Battlefield and the Johnson Ferry House, Washington Crossing, to name a few, made it an easy transition into the private sector. It was only a matter of time before our reputation in solving the problems encountered in older buildings would find us called on more and more for additions, custom cabinetwork and completely new construction. Along the way, we assembled a team of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, masons and other tradesmen that allow us to take a project from its very beginning to completion, all under our personal direct supervision. We strive to be the best at what we do and to make your building experience a pleasant one. We understand that a construction project in your home can be stressful. Our goal is to make sure it is not by treating your home as we would our own. We are licensed contractors in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and certified by the United States Environmental Protection Agency as a Certified Renovator in lead paint abatement Additional Email: info@paulraywoodcontracting.com
