We were obviously looking for someone who did good work with a number of referrals and years of experience. That said, we were also looking for someone who was responsive and who stood behind their work when challenges and curveballs occur (and after doing multiple projects - they always do).
Our project started out with a delay when we came to the realization that we needed a new french drain and sump system - this only became apparent when we demolished the existing basement walls which were framed on top of the crushed rock of the french drain.
