" M. took great care when cleaning my heater. As I was speaking with him I got a sense that he really cared about what he was doing and" he wanted to do it the right way. He was very knowledgeable, professional and did not leave even a speck of dirt on the floor. Thank you M. for taking such great care of my hearter.

"They started exactly on time and finished their work in 3 days. The 4th day was to get everything inspected by the city electrical inspector. 4 days which is what" they promised. was very clear on what needed to be done and why. We got all new duct work. We got a mini split cooling and heating unit for a separate family room. oversaw the installation and explained how everything works and maintenance needs. came back to see that everything was done properly. we've now had time to evaluate both A/C and heating. Having central air is heavenly! The new heating system is even better! The house now heats up quickly and evenly. helped us out by filling out paperwork for the substantial National Grid rebates. We got all of our rebates with no problems. So happy with our new HVAC system. was a pleasure doing business with.

Heating Oil reviews in Mechanicsburg

Huge thanks to the guys at . We recently moved into a new house and were not aware how much oil was left in the tank, as it was difficult to read the gauge where the tank is. My wife called at about 4pm saying the heat wasnt working. I got home, and found out we were out of oil at about 4:45pm. was the ...More 2nd place I called, after I received after getting an answering service with the first. answered right away, and I spoke with who was incredibly helpful, took all the pertinent info, and put the order in for delivery first thing the next day. When I called again to confirm the next day, the office staff knew exactly the situation and assured me the driver was on the way. Great responsiveness and quick turnaround when we needed it most. Plus they honored the price on their website, even though we needed last minute delivery and were not regular customers. Will definitely use them again for our oil needs.

He quoted my over the phone $95 for the tune-up. He said it would have to be $160 that he didn't know I have a separate water heater. I offered $150 to do the work, because that's all I had with me. He was very rude and didn't want to take the $150, it's just $10. He was very rude and said he didn't know I had 2 water heaters. ...More I told him, I don't know anything about boilers and he is the one that does this for a living and should have known to ask me. After he left, my boiler stopped working totally. He told me he was a "member of Angie's List" but this is the first review submitted to Angie's List. I told him Angie's List said he wasn't a member and hadn't been reviewed, so he started to call me back several times. He also told me, an older woman that I was hassling him.

We have used for more than 10 years. I think their prices are on the high side. We have a service contract with them on a 12 year old furnace. They call us to remind us to have our furnace serviced and it gets serviced every year.

Three years ago the furnace would not turn on. When we called them they said there ...More would be at least a four hour wait. No biggie but I had to get to work so we arranged that they would arrive after 6 PM. When I arrived home, found a note on the door that they had come but no one was home. Back into the service queue we went so it was more like 9:00 PM before the service person arrived. There have been no issues of running out of oil on their automatic delivery program. When the oil tank gauge had to be replaced the cost was included in the service contract. Service people are nice; some have more experience than others and one gentleman in particular went out of his way to help. This year, the day after a huge sleet/snowstorm, the driver had no idea where the filler was, he was looking on my neighbor's property. I happened to be home, so I ran outside to show him. He was a bit short with me until I showed him that not only had we shoveled it out but there was a bucket covering the filler . However, ice had formed around the filler and he couldn't get the nozzle locked in. He said he would let the office know and they'd send someone out to clear the ice. I told him we had half a tank and there was no hurry. What he didn't tell me was that they were going to charge us $100 plus tax to clear the ice. We found out only days later when we received the invoice. We found it outrageous that they had not disclosed this charge and also felt it was excessive. I negotiated it down to $35 + tax, but this has pushed us over the to seek a new provider.

Unfortunately, I never got a return call or email so I went with another provider. To be fair, I'm sure they provide a quality service, I just cant rate them on anything else if i cant get a response back to my inquiry.

The company would not to me what other issues there were-just used the excuse of the dogs. I checked other companyies and they state dog were not an issue that they would call in advance and dogs could be put up.

The service was excellent. They were very transparent on pricing and listed out all the potential costs in the contract. They laid out the steps they were going to perform in a clear and concise manner. On the day of the service, they came and went about their business without any problems.

My landlord told me to go with these people as he knew the owner.
What a disaster.
I've never used oil before, only gas. Cubby came and made a big thing of one of their guys servicing and ensuring everything was fine.
November it showed I used 3 gallons of gas, same thing December, same thing January - my landlord asked if I'd ...More done anything to the equipment, like what I asked? I spoke to the managing director of Cubby, the rudest man I have ever had the misfortune to speak with, who also asked if I'd interfered with equipment, I am a multi-award winning writer, tinkering with oil pipes is not something I do!
Cubby came out to check and discovered that there was a problem with the pipes and valves that their serviceman had failed to remedy when he came out. The oil tank was now empty. They filled it - just before the blizzards - and send me a whopping bill.
I was angry and remain angry with the shoddy treatment I received. The MD never apologized, no one had the courtesy. My landlord remained embarrassed at how I was treated (he is a very nice man and I am a very good tenant) and I am now using another oil supply company I found on Angies List. Fingers crossed.

Owner has serviced it every year since he installed the furnace new, in the Fall of 1994, a few months after I bought my house. The furnace still looks and performs like new. keeps it running well with regular annual service. His family business is right in the neighborhood, so I never worry about ever ...More needing emergency help. One cold Winter, I ran out of fuel prematurely. So, I called up his wife, in the office, and he had it filled, right-quick. I highly recommend .
