"New computer installation was suppose to include downloading all information from old one. I was told there was a problem with my pictures and it took weeks to get the pictures loaded. Only about 1/4 of them were loaded and the remainder are gone. ...more There were many other operating problems. At first he would come and quickly fix a problem, but not completely fix the entire system. After awhile my calls went unanswered for almost 2 months. After an angry phone message to him, he scheduled a date and time. That day came and we had a phone message saying he couldn't make it and I was suppose to call if the next morning would be okay. I called and left a message that the next morning would be fine. The time came and went the next morning and I called to check and the message said he was closed until the following week. His fee was suppose to include getting the system operational. I can't even get on the internet. "
