Although some of the work that we are know for is the construction of new homes, we also have an extensive portfolio involving additions, complete remodeling services, kitchen and bath remodeling, historic restorations and more.
We employ between 2 and four and often use subcontractors for our bigger jobs. We have found that many skilled craftsmen love their freedom away from an employer and we respect their decision, use and value their skills as needed.
Although we strive to offer free estimates sometimes we will charge a small fee for the time involved to produce an accurate preliminary scope of work with an solid cost for the work to be completed.

Founded by the present owner Jonathan Owens when he was 19 years old. Jonathan has a passion for historic restorations and sympathetic additions. The husband of Jennifer Owens for 12 years, we presently parent our 6 children on an historic farmstead in Lancaster, Pa.
The name Brookline came to Jonathan in 1990 when he set on a course to someday own a home with a small brook. Finally in 2004 our family purchased the last remaining 5 acres of the Bausman Farmstead and uncovered an active spring in the springhouse which finally provides the "Brook" in Brookline.
