"I have been seeing him for about 15 years. He helps out with some hearing issues I have had. He also checked on me after I had some teeth removed. My family has also seen the doctor." He has a great personality, he is a great listener and is very friendly. The staff is okay. The front desk is very nice. Scheduling is normal for a specialist.

Excellent, as usual. Office is beautiful and I always get a reminder call the day before - good idea because I had my appointment dates mixed up and would have missed today's. I could probably have bought a cheaper hearing aid and cheaper batteries elsewhere, but I prefer to go where I can rely on the service and know who the staff is that takes care of me.

It was an excellent appointment as usual. I have been visiting this audiologist for several years, and she is excellent. A new hearing test was performed, and we discussed the possibility of changing my hearing aides. She is quite informative, but not pushy at all. Options are given with suggestions, and Dr. O'

He was polite. He had a technician test me and he spoke with me about the tests. The staff and accomodations were good. We havent done anything with it because we were shocked by the costs of hearing equipment.

I think she is extremely good. She is outstanding. She is brilliant. She works with a computer program that has been tied to some of the products that she uses. She has been the sounding board for them. More than a bunch of times, she has had to correct their programs because they had glitches in their programs and has done so. They look to her for that. She knows her business real well. There is no question that she is an outstanding doctor. Her prices are fair and you can get appointments. They do accommodate changed needs, the kind of things that I would hope for in a doctor. Just to be able to go to a knowledgeable person who takes care of your needs, who is accessible for the patients, who understands the need and corrects it. That's what you go for.

Went well, this being my first at purchasing a hearing aid, not sure what to expect but the owner worked with me, educated me and gave me all the reasons why I should select him for my purchase, which I did.
