Business Description: We are a plaster and stucco contractor providing labor and material to perform work on various types of applications. We tear off existing surfaces and materials when required, installing substrates as needed, apply lath, base coats and finishes as appropriate for the materials and areas on which we are working. We use imperial board-type drywall and veneer plaster, rock lath or metal lath, gypsum base coat and lime based finish in interior areas or those protected from the weather. We use portland cement and lime based stucco over metal lath on exterior walls or interior below-grade walls in total or for repairs. We do plaster repairs following water or fire damage and after other tradesmen have done their work in the wall or celing cavity. We supply and install or repair accoustical tile ceilings of 12" x 12" variety or suspended grid variety. We install or repair drywall and finish same on small projects. Protecting and cleaning up the work area is a part of all our projects. We also install insulation and do small carpentry repairs as needed in the process of our normal projects. we have two partners, one full time employee and part time help occasionally. We do not subcontract out work. we provide free estimates, except for evaluations for real estate purposes for which there is a charge.
