was prompt to contact me to schedule an appointment for a quote. He arrived on time and emailed the quote within 24 hours. Work" Day: I scheduled a date/time for
to start the job. He was friendly, on time, cleaned up after a days work, and was very professional. His prices were reasonable and he provided the final invoice on the last day of the job. This is a very talented Mason and I would recommend him to anyone in the area.

"There was some extensive work needed on one part and it looked great when they were done. We were very happy with the results and the price was very reasonable." It took about 4 hours with a crew of about 6 guys working on three different areas of the house. There was some hazing on the brick afterwards but they came and washed that off a few days later at my request- no extra charge.

Masonry exteriors

Generally considered the highest quality choice for home exteriors, brick and stone are also almost maintenance free and will last as long as the house, though some repairs may be needed from time to time.

Masonry reviews in Erie

Brought a crew of four.
Arrived on time.
He and crew were well organized.
Finished job quickly.
Cleaned up and left the job site better than they found it.
My wife and I are very happy with the work performed and would hire them tomorrow if needed.
- Robert B.

At the end, results were satisfactory, though there were hiccups along the way. New bluestone platform on top of steps were not set correctly, causing them to become loose on the first time they were walked on after set time was allotted. Installed one step incorrectly with cut

butted against house. Finishing work on the pavers was sloppy, not meeting up with existing driveway, other minor problems. All this being said
Erie Masonry Contractors Provider Name Locked
did his best to correct all the situations that the crew left him. Reset top platform twice, re installled step correctly, another crew fixed paver problem. There are some small little things that are still not close to perfect, but job is now I guess acceptable, though some other contractors who came to house for other jobs did comment on some of the cuts and other work.
I know there are definitely some problems but I am not terribly turned off and would still consider maybe using them again for future work I have planned, but not really sure. Again,
Erie Masonry Contractors Provider Name Locked
did try to rectify most of the problems.

I purchased the deal but was not able to use it due the estimate cost being higher then I wanted to pay. Their customer service however was very helpful and friendly, they got me the estimate within a day.

Erie Masonry Contractors Provider Name Locked
have been our main contacts and have always been courteous and prompt at responding to requests either via email or phone if needed.
We recently had them move some snow from our driveway into our yard so that it would free up more parking spaces for our cars and they did an excellent job.
We have been very satisfied with their services and are happy that we have secured a contract with them going forward because the demand has been very high this year due to the record amounts of snowfall. It's not easy to find a company like
Erie Masonry Contractors Provider Name Locked
who is so responsive and professional at such a good price.
If you want to get on their snow removal list, I suggest you contact them early in the season to get on their schedule!!

from the get go communication was terrible. Guy said he was on the way, then showed up an hour and a half later. when I instructed him to ring door bell on the left, he proceded to ring the bell ten times. when I opened the door two less then thirty seconds after the first ring, I said was that necessary. he said well nothing.works in
Erie Masonry Contractors Provider Name Locked
so I didn't know. I was thinking okay why would I tell u to ring the bell if it didn't work. after walking through the house without wiping his feet. but whatever, I can mop. he proceded to ask me if I owned the place. I answered yes. He then just started talking rudely. "oh congradulatioms,
Erie Masonry Contractors Provider Name Locked
a millionaire u can sell and.retire" he even.offered up a friend to buy my place, I then told him it was family home been.in my family for 100 years and no I wasn't selling. then he commented oh u must be polish. All this before he even looked at my roof. I have never been so insulted. made me glad I have security cameras and alarms. this guy made Mr terribly uncomfortable. when I asked him for an estimate, he proceded to.say it would be thousands. still hadn't.looked at the ten/twelve roof. then after he did while making another polish comment and again a millionaire comment told me he chooses his costomers and wouldn't fix my roof.....I said thanks.and.showed him out. then tried to text me with an estimate...yeah right. I wanted to write this so people would be ware this guy has a chip on his shoulder and is rude and disrespectful. not to mention completely judgmental. I've never had an experience like this. I don't want anyone else to either.

, was responsive and fast in completing the job. You could not even tell where he repaired the foundation areas. He matched the grout perfectly. I will hire him again to do more repair work.

This is the second time I've had
Erie Masonry Contractors Provider Name Locked
out to do work on my house. Both times he has been responsive, professional, and performs excellent work for a fair price.
The brick point on my chimney was starting to come loose. $600 to chisel out the old masonry, mix a new batch, and use of a cherry picker that he had to rent to get himself up high enough to fix it.
Same thing with my garage. It's a cinderblock wall and due to a leak in a seam in the gutter above, water was hitting the window sill of the garage and cracking the mortar in the joints in the cinderblocks below it. $250 to chisel out the old and put in new masonry. I had tried this myself several years earlier using a cement mix from Home Depot and a pointing tool, but it looked horrible, and the mixture didn't bond well to the old substrate. Goes to show you, that for nominal money and finding the right guy, the end results are much better and last longer. I'm writing this review in 2015 and the point work still looks great (of course, I replaced the gutter that was causing the water to run down the wall, which definitely helps)
My house is old and some clown decided not to follow best framing practices. They left the entire left-hand side of the main beam of my home unsupported. I had a structural engineer come in to tell me this (hey, I'm no carpenter). But after he pointed it out, yeah, it was obvious the beam needed support.

dug through my concrete floor, dug a pit and poured a new 2 x 2 x 2 foot concrete footer. He then got a several ton

and some lolly columns and gave me instruction to

up the main beam a little at a time over a week. I jacked it up 4 inches.
Erie Masonry Contractors Provider Name Locked
came back a week later with a steel column cut to the right height from a metal fabricator. I didn't

the house up enough. Poor
Erie Masonry Contractors Provider Name Locked
was down there, in mid-summer, jacking the house up as little as possible and sweating bullets to bang this steel post into place above the footer he poured. He attached it to the main beam with nice thick bolts through the cap plate and the house has been rock solid now on that side ever since. In fact, in 2015, I had my kitchen (on that side) redone and had heavy things like additional sub flooring, tile, granite counters, installed. Everything has remained rock solid.
I'd recommend
Erie Masonry Contractors Provider Name Locked
in an instant for the masonry he's done for me. I haven't used any concrete pouring services or stamping from him yet. But for the work he's done, his prices were reasonable and he works hard for it. Seems an honest contractor and you know how rare that is nowadays.
- Dave P.

The wrok provided was done in a timely manner as promised it was flawless and he was a perfectionist he had to be 100% satisfied as well as us .. Highly Recommend !!!!!
