Business Description: I have a degree in Construction Engineering that has provided an excellent foundation for my inspection company. As a Master Certified Home Inspector in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, I am available to inspect residential homes, investment properties, multi occupancy, and commercial buildings. In addition to the comprehensive inspection, Building Inspection Services also offers: Mold Surveys & Testing, Radon Testing, Indoor Air Quality testing, Energy Inspections, and Healthy House Assessments. At the conclusion of the inspection, a through, impartial and professional Inspection Report is produced in a timely manner. The comprehensive and detailed report is presented in an easy to read format, and includes important information regarding the property.
In addition, I have expanded my business past traditional inspection services to include: initial real estate assessments for potential investors, renovation work plans, construction/repair verifications, bank draw down inspections and basically any additional related inspection service requested by a client.
I work closely with sellers, buyers and realtors involved with pending real estate transactions, by offering flexible scheduling, quick turnarounds on the inspection report, and competitive pricing. I am a member with the Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors, the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.
