was AMAZING! He was dependable, hard working, reasonably priced, and extremely conscious of recycling. If you have an estate that needs to be cleared he would be the best to call.
was a really nice gentleman too.

We bought 5 interior doors from

Overall, it went great! They brought a large crew both times (7-8 movers), all were very friendly and helpful and moved very quickly and efficiently. They were well trained and experienced moving crew. Most of the movers were involved in both moves. We had a fairly large amount of stuff, most of it was boxed ahead of time. What wasn't, they boxed it up for us. When we moved out, they sent two men back to take care of the trash, some large items, and dispose of it. They even swept out our garage. During the long storage time,

sent two men to Arhaus to pick up new furniture and add it to the storage "pile." It took them a day and a half to move out our stuff (there was an issue with one of their trucks, and we needed three truck loads. They moved everything back in in about 8 hours. Recognize that the movers had to pack trucks, then unpack them for storage. For the

1 move-in, they packed the trucks on June 30 to move them in the next day. I believe that if they simply moved them from one house to another (3 trucks), the cost would have been much, much lower. I strongly recommend them to anyone, and have who were equally satisfied with

. They know what they are doing and move very quickly, having fun along the way. The crew treats you like you are family, and your possessions like they are theirs.

quotes you a price up front (they are not on a clock looking for extra hours) and doesn't push you if it's beyond their estimated time.

The service my family received from
Danville Antique Dealers Provider Name Locked
was awesome. If there was a word better than awesome, I would have used it. My family has had plenty of yard sales and we thought we were pretty good at it but compared to
Danville Antique Dealers Provider Name Locked
we didn;t know anyhting. My deceased father had a collection of over 700 pocket knives and

researched each one to make sure the price was accurate and fair.

oing through the house before closing.Great! We are more than satisfied with the proceeds from the sale, We received a detailed accounting and a check in a timely fashion. We were concerned about many people going through the house before closing. It was no problem. The hcouse was clean, no damage and the new owners were pleased. Thanks

Initial appointment was set.
Danville Antique Dealers Provider Name Locked
showed up on time and went through the entire contract outlining price, service they would provide and dates and times of sale. Estate sales are 3 days beginning on a Thursday. They came in organized items, priced items and staged sale. Showed up at appointed time on dates of sales and I had no worries and did not need to be there. Handled professionally and payment was timely. Would recommend to anyone. This beats garage sales, flea

The estate sale was handled in a very professional manner and we managed to sell quite a bit of belongings that we no longer needed. The sale was advertised in local newspaper and Craigslist as well as on their website. They also put out signs during the two days of the sale. The only negative was that most of the antiques did not sell and had to be moved to their store in
Danville Antique Dealers Provider Name Locked
where they could be shown in a more favorable light. We were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of

. They do a number of estate sales and know how to stage them properly. They have a pretty good idea of what items will sell for and what is in fashion and what isn't.

The contract stated provider would keep 35% or $3500 of sale, whichever was more. In addition, salaries for other employees and expenses were charged to the seller. That should have come out of the 35% instead of all that going into the provider's pocket. Nowhere was it mentioned that in order to make money, the sale would have to bring in ten thousand dollars, not verbally and not in the poorly written contract.

This resulted in the providers selling approximately $4100 of my mother's belongings (that she had to sell to move) and the company keeping every cent of it. You read that right, my mother got NOTHING from this sale. There is something inherently wrong with this type of business. There was no way the proceeds from this sale could have totaled ten thousand dollars and the owner should have recognized that from the get go. The owner then blamed that on the family for taking the items given to us by our mom. Thank the Lord we took what we did; otherwise that would have been in the owners pocket. Had we not accepted anything from our mother, the sale still would not have brought in ten thousand dollars.

Our family feels very cheated by this company. There is something morally wrong with this business. They took advantage of an elderly woman. Shame on you.

Our elderly mother moved into a retirement home and contracted with
Danville Antique Dealers Provider Name Locked
to run an estate sale for items she could not take with her. The sale grossed 4800 dollars. My mother received ZERO, not one dollar. Several conversations with a co-owner ended the same way. After they deducted their fee and expenses there was nothing left for the owner of all the stuff they sold. Something is fundamentally wrong with this business model. If you intend to have an estate sale, be sure to ask questions about how they conduct business. They made money on my mother and she essentially "gave" her things away so they could. This was a devastating experience and one that has left the family feeling robbed.

The agreement was for 90 days, after which the fine print of the agreement indicated I needed to
pick up the chairs or they would dispose of them. Who doesn't
Danville Antique Dealers Provider Name Locked
track of things after 90 days?
While I was out of town, a single message was left on my home phone (no email, which I would have gotten out of town), and by the time I got the message, poof! the chairs were already gone to a charity and I was told that a charitable receipt for tax purposes was in the mail.
More notice could have easily been given. I will never patronize this store again.
