"They were phenomenal. Two guys came out for the packing and it took them between five to eight hours to finish. Three guys came for the moving and it took them from like 8:00am until" like 7:00pm. They were very affordable, professional, polite and they were exactly what you expect to get. They are worth every penny, nothing got damaged, they had all the boxes we needed and we are going to use them again soon. They are extremely flexible.

"There was a snafu with the address so the movers went to the old address, not the new one. It was not a big deal since the new place was very close to the old one. The two movers were" professional and hard working. They re-moved several items and they also assembled a metal bed frame.

"Went very well. They were right on time, handled our stuff with care and managed to get things moved into our new home very quickly and efficiently.

Movers were great! They took care to wrap everything and protect it when they moved it. Our apartment was not especially kind for moving furniture: small hallways, tight corners, etc. But they did not damage anything. They were quick and did a very good job.
They landed up charging me $950. We were moving into our first home and getting married at the same time, so while I thought this was higher than expected, I knew they did a great job. I got a call a couple hours later from them. They said they had overcharged me, since there were only two guys, and not a 3-man crew. So they refunded me almost $200, before I even had a

was very accommodating to our uncertain schedule due to the fact that our house wasn't finished and ready for our occupancy on the date we were promised. Due to threatening rain, the job was not completed in one day and we had to wait an entire weekend to finish because

had scheduled another job on Saturday. The move-in went OK, but there were two things that could have been better. Since this was a brand new house with brand new floors and carpet, I would have liked for the movers to bring shoe covers to wear, especially on the carpet.

broke a leg on a hope chest and assured me he would return with a

I am aware that the "GOOD MOVER" is much like the elusive unicorn--they are much talked about and never seen. Regardless, the level of professionalism from the two movers we had was abysmal. First off, they were slow and leisurely; they carried one box at a time. I have arthritis in my back--the whole reason I hired movers in the first place--and I can move more than one of these boxes at a time. They were texting while on the job. They listened to reggae music on their iPhones the whole time. Moreover, they were
Cranberry Twp Movers Provider Name Locked
unprepared for the act of moving; they wore normal clothes with no moving gear whatsoever. They were just young guys who assumed that showing up was good enough. (It is not.) I had a time crunch, in that they showed up around 2pm, and the Penske location where I was returning the truck closed at 6pm. I assumed that was enough time, but by about 4pm, it was evident that things were not moving fast enough. I asked one of the movers if things would be finished by 5 or 5:30; he said maybe, but that I could help if I wanted things to get done in time. He didn't phrase it politely, or ask; he acted as if it was absurd that I was not helping them move. This, I think, pushed the experience over the

for me. I hired movers precisely because I did not want to be moving these things myself, because I have a bad back. These movers had no concept of being "on the clock," or that I had paid for their time. I ended up helping for the next hour or more, and we got to the Penske location at around 5:55pm, barely making it in time. When these movers showed up, I told them to pay close attention to what was written on the boxes, i.e., "FRAGILE" or "NOTHING ON TOP." They seemed to understand, and then re-stacked the boxes in whatever order seemed most convenient, ignoring everything that was written on top of them. They were rude, slow, and ended up making me do the work I hired them to do. On top of that, they refuse to talk on the phone, and all scheduling has to be done via email, which is just bizarre. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The morning started with the older gentlemen among the movers telling me that there was no way they could fit everything I was moving into the 16' truck that I had. I told him we would figure it out, but he kept repeating it and saying I should get a bigger truck. I caved and called Penske, finding out that there was a 22' truck in Earth City, about a half hour away. I drove out and dropped off the smaller truck, picked up the bigger one, at an extra $500 expense. It's not that I got the bigger truck that irks me now, later, but that the mover was so rude about, and insistent upon, it. The movers brought everything outside while I was getting the truck, and then began loading once I returned, and, all in all, they didn't take very long--the thing that, at the time, pleased me about them. Once they had finished, I got to see what the truck looked like: they had stacked boxes and all square-ish items in the front third of the truck, leaving an incredible amount of extra room, and then dumped a pile of miscellaneous items all together in the remainder of the truck. This bothered me for a few reasons: first, it made it impossible to get to the back of the truck to make any adjustments to the boxes. Second, the pile included items like: picture frames, a bike, wire racks, etc., all of which at different levels of breakability with no kind of protection or padding or thought as to the order everything ought to go in. But lastly, it irked me because they were so insistent that I needed a larger truck, and yet the majority of this one remained unused. I, as well as everyone else involved, thought that the 16' truck would've been adequate once seeing their packing job. It was a lot of extra money spent that need not have been spent. Once I got to unpacking these things, I realized that

Movers had not taken any of the instructions on the box (i.e., "FRAGILE" or "STACK NOTHING ON TOP") and had just ignored that and put things wherever, with whatever on top of them. Nearly every picture frame got cracked, of course--they were stacked on top of each other!--but they refuse to take responsibility for breakables OR for furniture they

crappy--particle board and the like--as well as a litany of other things that lets them avoid all responsibility. Moreover, they were overpriced and generally rude, especially the older man who was so insistent on getting the larger truck. Their names were

After getting estimates from countless other moving/packing companies this was the only one I felt safe using. The movers were professional and handled all of my furniture and household items with care as if they were packing their own home up. They moved me from a 3/2.5 home in

by the Sea to a 2/2 in Boca Raton and I couldn't be happier with their services. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone or use them again.

Showed up on time. Disassembled the table on the second floor of the seller's home. Placed the pieces in their van. Drove to my home and reassembled and leveled. This was a good service at a very reasonable cost (received two other quotes close to 400.00). They also did this with one days notice on a Saturday as the other quotes I received could not do this for at least two weeks.

I used
Cranberry Twp Movers Provider Name Locked
to move us from our home to storage in June and in September we used them again to move us from storage to our new home with an Angie's list deal. The time in June went very well. This time went OK. They were on time and stayed on task for the full two hours and 15 minutes. Two complaints I have from this move was that they were smoking as they arrived with my furniture for the new home. The other issue is that they scratched the wall when carrying a dresser to the second floor. I had to point out to them that they scratched the wall and there was no discount or compensation.
