stuff out of the house and never complained. In fact, we were so pleased with their work they are coming back again to clean
out our garage. They brought their own trash bags, they brought a big truck and we were pleased when they were done.
I bought the service on 9/4/14 and didn't hear from the service until 9/13/14 when I got an email through Angie's List.- Not a huge deal, I figured they must be busy. (Not sure what happened to the 2 day period)
Made first phone contact with them on 9/22/14 at which time we arranged a date (Or so I thought) The arrangements were for the week of 9/26/14.
9/26/14 comes and goes. I hear nothing from them, so I called the afternoon on the 26th only to be told that they didn't have me on their schedule. Apparently no one knows what anyone is doing.
Come to find out that they have me on the schedule for the 10th of October. I'm irritated, but I agreed that the 10th would still work.
Today, October 10th, still nothing. I call to see what's going on and am told that I need to give them a credit card number or they're not going to deliver the container. They suggested that they someone was suppose to handle that when the appointment was setup initially. The fellow basically hollered at me that he wasn't going to deliver a container without a CC.
That was the deal breaker. Who hollers at their customers for something the business goofed up on???
By this time, I'm fed up with having to chase this service down and decided that I'll find another service despite the fact that it'll cost more than this "deal".
When I said I was canceling the order I get call from another person telling me that I'm "not going to find a better deal anywhere" as though that's going to get my mind off of getting hollered at and all the goof-ups I've had to deal with up to this point...?
I am a small business owner/operator too. When I goof up - and I do goof up at times - I work extra hard to make up for it. I certainly don't
I'll pay more for quality service and I usually seek out the "little guy" to support small business. In this case, it was a mistake... I hope others have had a better experience with these guys.
