The insurance Company sells you insurance, and they send you on your way, with no explanation or breakdown of your policy. This is where I come into play as a public adjuster representing you, not the insurance company. When a home or business owner suffers a loss to their property, and you call the insurance company, and they send out their adjuster, who does he represent? Yes, the insurance company, and they get paid by turning down or lowballing you. Public adjusters get paid by the insurance Company after maximizing your loss. I am licensed and bonded in the state of PA and MD and work on a contingency fee basis, so I am paid after your loss closes. Again, no out of pocket expense if you suffer from a loss such as a fire, weather related damage, or interior damage.
