did excellent job on the kitchen back splash. He came out measured the back splash and gave us a bid with is reasonable compared to others. He helped us to get contractors discount during the buying process which saved us money. He is punctual, professional, friendly and honest. He was on time on the install date and completed the work on time. The tile pattern is complex with a 3D stone accent in the middle and he took time to install it without cutting corners. He installed the tile on a small area first so that we can see how it looks on the wall. After looking at the tile on the wall we changed the pattern which added more material and time which he patiently worked with us.

We couldn't ask more from the installer. He did whatever we asked and we are quite happy with him. We'll definitely hire him again.

Very disappointed with this company! We needed our bathroom redone for a sale on the home and after scheduling a time to get an estimate they cancelled due to a family emergency, I tried to be understanding but thought it was a bit weird nobody else could come. Then when I inquired about when the could come I got no response and had to contact them multiple times. Then after they came to give an estimate (which I was happy with) I contacted them multiple times telling them I wanted to hire them but they never returned my calls and kept putting me off! Finally when I did get a call back they told me they couldn't do it in the time frame I had (which I told them about from the beginning and if they had been more responsive it wouldn't be a quick turnaround) so they left me scrambling to find another contractor and put the sale of my home in jeopardy! Sad because I was looking forward to writing a good review but they have earned it!

This is the third time I have hired
Turner Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
's company to work on my house. After the first job, I never bothered with getting bids from anyone else. I could not afford to install hardwood floors all at once so I have done it in stages. My house was built in 1923 and not a single floor is level. in 2011 the company installed 3/4 inch oak hardwood floor in my living room. The floor was so uneven that they worked over the top of the old floor and leveled the floor with plywood and luan which involved much sanding and lots of prep before the boards could be layed down. in 2012 I hired
Turner Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
again to install the same wood in my hallway. The hall is on a concrete slab and we had to hire a concrete contractor to fix the crazy existing floor.
Finally we decided to install the hardwood in our 3 bedrooms. Alas, the original 3/4" oak flooring was no longer available in the color we had.
Turner Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
sent me to his supplier and I located an engineered product by the same manufacturer with a 95% match!
As before I paid the manufacturer directly for the product and only paid
Turner Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
for installation.
The room I use as an office had a 1923 wood subfloor under the carpet, covered with paint spots and a plywood patch. The floor bowed and the high spot was in the middle of the room.
Turner Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
, who was the installer is a real craftsman and leveled the floor using plywood and luan.
The middle bedroom was actually pretty level and installation was straight forward.
The master bedroom had been an addition sometime in the 60's and the existing floor was 20% wood with a crawl space under it and 80% concrete slab which sloped away from the wood floor. The crew leveled the area with self leveling concrete and installed the floor.
I have met two of
Turner Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
's crews over the years and they are excellent craftsmen. The guys are polite and friendly and low key. Other than the normal construction noise of sanding, sawing and hammering, I hardly knew they were there!
Turner Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
is a friendly and honest guy who is a pleasure to do business with.

Turner Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
was very patient and professional, having to make 3 visits as I evaluated materials, colors, and layout. He was extremely helpful in these decisions, relating his experiences with the popular choices of other customers, as well as his own work at home. Based on these discussions, I elected to do my upstairs and staircase in wood laminate. Downstairs, a combo of wood and tile. Tile was done in a pinwheel pattern. The crew did an amazing job.
The installation crews were very punctual and professional - always calling a short time prior to arrival. They were fast, organized, and some of the top installers in their trades.
Since having the work done, I have had one minor issue with a laminate joint separating.
Turner Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
's crew was very responsive - arriving next day for the correction. I won't hesitate to call

Turner Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
was so great to work with. His price was extremely fair. The project took a long time to plan on our end and he was very patient and cooperative in scheduling. When the day came for the flooring to go in,
Turner Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
and his crew were wonderful. They worked all day until 7pm that night and then all the next day installing carpet and vinyl for my Mom. What a beautiful job! My Mom is so pleased and the quality of the flooring is great. Thanks to

I had to reply to what
Turner Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
wrote that he compared my bill to the copy he had. Of course, he had a different copy. He has plenty of little green pads. He can change it to anything. BUT, he plainly saw the receipt he had given me and it was written: wood. He is not to be trusted. If you go to Home Depot, you will see baseboard in this faux wood and in real wood and they are right there next to each other. He knew he could pull the wool over our eyes because of this. It was only because a friend of mine doing some work for me saw it wasn't real. This person had built homes for many years.
I sent the receipt for the work and you can plainly see wood baseboards to Angie's List. They will not publish it but they have seen my receipt.
Look to make sure you are getting what you asked for before you let him do any installing. He is a
Turner Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
guy. Also, he does not do the work himself. He has a crew of young guys. They will smoke in your home if you don't say anything. He says he will remove appliances BUT you better make sure the dishwasher was put back LEVEL. The water damage was awful and not expected a day after this job was almost complete. He did repair it. All because he is not there on the job to supervise.
I should've known better than to accept his little green restaurant receipt. don't you make the same mistake.

It took two days and was very messy but that was not the fault of the company. The glue holding down the original floor was still soft and sticky after 40 years. The only problem was that the crew left the shoe molding on the loading dock of our condo building on the first day and it was not there the next morning. The company assumed all responsibility and located the necessary material and had it installed by the end of the day. The workers were careful to clean up at the end of both days. We were very satisfied with this company and would definitely recommend them.

Turner Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
were life savers. I could not find anyone to fix the tile floor in a medium size kitchen and front entryway which was badly damage. This family owned business fixed the floor so well that it appears to be new. Other companies recommended replacing the entire floor in both areas. Wonderful company, family owned. I highly recommend them. AAB is my "go to" place for all flooring from now on.
