"We called the provider on Sunday morning to confirm it was ready before we made the trip into the mall. The girl confirmed it would be ready by 11:40 and I could" stop in and pick up the block and base. I get there a little after 12:00. No one is there. I wait around about 20 minutes and the girl walks up and was down getting a Latte (no problem). I explain we are here to pick up the product we called about. She said - oh well we don't have it. I explained I was told it was ready and that we needed by noon. She said yeah, it normally takes 15 minutes but she couldn't get in touch with her boss - she called him 5 times and he didn't answer. She doesn't have the file. I'm getting irritated at this point. I explained we paid $265 and was advised we could pick it up. She calls her boss and explains the situation as he answered this time... He doesn't have the file. Some other person has the file (uhh.. how is our file getting moved around with our personal photo and credit card information - that's a breach of data claim waiting to happen). At this point we have been there over an hour and no one can help us. I'm beyond frustrate... The girl goes and sits down and is texting like we aren't even there. I ask her to call her boss and have him come meet us or speak with me. She called and he said no, it can't talk to us. So I request a refund and ready to put this nightmare behind us. The girl again calls her boss and he advised her she isn't allowed to provide a refund. I explain we never received the product that should have been made Saturday - but then we are put off until Sunday morning and confirmed it was ready and made a wasted trip with still no product. She said there isn't anything she can do as her boss doesn't like to do refunds period not matter the situation. I asked her to call him again and have him speak with me as this is fraud - it's a scam. she calls him and again he says no and hangs up. She just went in the corner and sit down playing on her phone. So while standing at the kiosk I call my bank and request a fraud claim be made as I have not received the product nor a refund. I explain this is what I'm doing and she said "it won't work, the boss will not allow a refund"... I'm furious at this point. My bank provides a claim report and does a temporary credit back to my account while the research the matter. I receive an email from the company today stating that refunds aren't allowed - that I can come pick up the product today or they can ship it to me. I responded back that after my situation and the way we were treated that I made it very clear I'm not interested in doing business with their company on Sunday - that I've already filed a claim charge and that I no longer need the gift as they did not provide the product in the time frame that I was promised - that I needed it for. That I had to go out and purchase a different gift to make up for their lack of product. The email I received from them was pretty nasty (very unprofessional as they are continuing to try and charge my credit card even though the product was never provided). I feel this was a scam - that if I was an older/elderly person or even young person that didn't know any better or not willing to fight for what is right they would keep the money and never deliver the product. I had expected since it was at the Menlo Park Mall (which is a nice mall) that the vendor would have provided the appropriate service and not be a scam - I have informed the mall of their behavior and I'm hoping they step in to assist me. At this point I don't want any dealings with this company - I just want them to stop trying to continue bill my credit card for a purchase I never received the product on.

I pretty much just walked in, placed an order and the plaques were ready when they were promised. It was on time. The product was excellent as far as that goes. I was satisfied with the work, the engraving and so forth. They have a lot of plaques that clients can select from on the site and what I did was I just picked one plaque and we made three awards of the same plaque; it wasn't a big order, of course.

The job was done efficiently and without any problems.

IdeaThis provider is a scam artist. They took payment in full, then never
emailed over a contract. Never preformed any work period, but kept the
full $2200.00 deposit. They never respond to any phone calls or emails
for over 1 year. When provider did finally respond to a lawyers letter
they came out and re quoted the same job 3 times higher and wanted
another 4400.00. Buyers beware, they will take your money and run. BBB
is contacted.

We first ordered 20 resin trophies to award a Special Olympics basketball team at the end of their season. We placed the order around the end of November, 2013. Our season ended at the end of February, 2014, and our award event was the first of March.
After the new year, my husband called to check on the shipment and was told they were on the way. Around the first of February, we still had not received the awards, so he called again and was told the same thing. The last week of February, no awards. My husband again called and was told we would not be receiving the awards. They appologized and offered a refund, which they promptly credited to his card.
I understand that shipments from overseas can be difficult to deal with and this company in Colorado Springs can not control that. However, the communication from
