I tried to repair a scrape on my rear bumper of my car, without good results. I brought it to
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
and they did an excellent job. They felt the whole bumper needed repainting in order to match the paint well. The finished product looks excellent, and it was finished in the promised one day, at a reasonable price.

Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
and his crew were very considerate of my time and made sure everything was done to minimize my inconvenience. Their estimate was $50 cheaper than the other one I had done. At their suggestion I was able to leave the part to be painted and come back after the weekend when it was ready to install. I was scheduled to drop off the car for the install only when they were actually going to get to it instead of just dropping it off and waiting who knows how long like what often happens at other auto repair/services places. The install was great and when I got in to drive away I noticed they had done what amounts to a solid detail cleaning on the car after having worked on it, which I didn't even expect!

and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful and the office is modern and comfortable.

A couple days after dropping it off I received the call that the car was ready all work had been done. I picked the car up after they closed that night. But on inspecting the car I noticed I had been charged for work that was not performed. While the
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
was repaired two emblems I had been charged parts and labor for were missing.
Also the main repair I had taken it in for, the fascia separation from the body did not appear to be done. While the dings were gone, the touch ups on the scratches did not look professionally done. It's only touch up paint, but my expectations from a body shop were a bit higher.
Then next morning I returned to point out I had been charged for work not done on the
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
. That saw a quick phone call to the parts store by the
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
in the office and the a response that she would have these parts in about two hours. I asked what that meant, she then started to get a little
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
with me and said I would need to come back later that day and they would install these emblems on the
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
while I waited. Because I would have to leave my job I simply then asked how long would the wait be and she curtly answered with a bit of attitude that it would be about 2 minutes.
With that response I offered up that I felt like they had done a below average job on this overall and asked if anyone actually checked to see if the all the work had been done because apart from the parts on the
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
the fascia looked the same as when I brought it in and the touch ups did not look professional. That got the
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
very mad and I was told they tried the best they could to fix the fascia and she snapped at me again was sorry she missed the emblems on the
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
and had apologized and do I have a real complaint about the job and what more did I want.
So now as the customer coming in to get them to actually do what they charged me for and trying to provide feedback on my experience I got a good bit of full on attitude. Went back in the afternoon and got the emblems put on. Was then told by the guy that did the work that my car had been in a wreck and that's one reason the left side of the fascia was not flush.
The thing is I bought the car new with very few miles on it and I had never had so much as a fender bender, and I said is much to this guy. His response was that the dealer must have done damage to it and fixed it , then sold it new.
Mmmm maybe. I guess anything is possible...
Bottom line is I would not recommend
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
to anyone.

When we took the car in for repair,
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
gave us two choices of how to do the repair. We took the less expensive one, which would visually make the fender look like new. Only problem was with the fender molding. He told me that I have to find a replacement since he couldn't glue it back on. He suggested that I look for it in Pep Boys.
Replacement of that molding was a big problem: I discovered that it wasn't put on at the factory, and I could not find it anywhere - silver colored molding in the width I needed. Fortunately I discovered a 3M double sticky tape that
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
was able to use with the existing molding. As a backup, I also ordered a molding on-line but turned out to be narrower and slightly different color.
Until I had this experience, I assumed that all 2013 Avalons came with plastic body molding around the fenders and doors. Now I know it is extra that I didn't pay for.
I chose this shop after reading the reviews on Angel's list, and can say that the positive reviews are well deserved.

I've used
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
a few times over the last 10 years. Unfortunately living near Boston has it's road hazards! These guys are great, they are very pleasant to deal with, take the time to explain things, answer every question, and are very responsive. Things have gone over a day or two on a couple jobs, but nothing bad. Stuff happens.
I just dropped my truck off again, and given my experience before and with the latest work, I wanted to be sure I left a review on Angie's. If you're in the
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
area and need to have body work done, these guys are tops! I hope to not use them again in the future, but if I need body work, they will be the first place I go. Thanks for the exceptional service and great work,
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked

Our car is 12 years old and was driving horribly. We actually thought it was the tires. As usual, we took the car to
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
and now it is running beautifully.
Let me add that this review is long, long overdue. We have been using
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
for several years and have always found their service to be outstanding. Let me also say that they back any work they do without hesitation. They have worked on both of our ancient cars for years and solved every problem.

Everything went well! It took about 3-4 weeks to get an appointment but it was worth the wait! They fixed the
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
and honored their stated quote. They also put on some accessories I had purchased for the car. This sounds small but was very nice since the dealership wanted to charge a ridiculous price that prevented me from moving forward and other shops didn't have the right equipment. Very pleased and will use again if needed!

Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
is a fantastic body shop. I sent two vehicles there over the last two months and both came back 100%. The owner
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
was very responsive from the first phone call - he came out and looked over the vehicles and sent a tow truck out to pick them up. My insurance company did not want to give me new parts (even thought the car was 3 weeks old),
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
went to bat for me and got the insurance company to agree on new parts.
Sandy Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
kept me up to date on everything that was going on so i felt very connected. The car came back 100% - looks and drives exactly as new. The car was also delivered to my house - didn't have to drive to the shop. All and all a great experience. Thanks
