"Called
on Monday and asked them to come out to install my
on the wall, above my fireplace.
" told me that they could come out on Tuesday, the next day, to take care of it. I don't know if I just got lucky and they had an opening the next day or what, but I didn't care - I was completely ecstatic that they could come out the day after I called them. Sure enough, the next day at 11:30,
and Rod showed up to do the installation. I had already purchased a
mount, but I wasn't sure if it would connect to my
. Right away, Rod looked at it what I had bought and said that it would fit the
just fine. We talked about what I wanted done (installation of the
on the wall and running 2 HDMI cables up and over the ceiling through the attic and back down the wall to where the
components were) and they said "No Problem" and began the installation. First, Rod checked to see if there was a stud they could use to mount the
on. Sure enough, a stud was available for use. I was very happy about that news because if there was no stud available, they would have had to install one which would have meant a lot of damage to my newly painted fireplace mantle area. While Rod was busy working on installing the
on the wall,
went up into the attic to see what needed to be done in order to run the HDMI cables through the ceiling back down the wall. I live in a 1920's house and at first he was hesitant that running the cables up and over could be done. I assured him that it could be done because I previously had an electrician come out and install some additional electrical outlets and he had no problem running the electrical cable from the attic down the wall. That made
more comfortable about being able to run the cables from the
up and over to where the
components where. They both got started on their tasks - Rod was mounting our
on the wall and
was running our 2 HDMI cables up and over the ceiling, through the attic, to meet the place where our
components where. After about an hour, the project was finished! I now have our
mounted to the wall, very solid and sturdy mount I might add, and our 2 HDMI cables are
in the walls because
ran them from behind our
up the wall into the attic and back down the wall where they came out through a new outlet that
installed. I am very pleased with the entire result. The
was mounted level and looks really great above our fireplace. All of the
wires are
very well and come out of the wall in a new nice, clean outlet. I will definitely use
in the future.

"
and his associate did a great job. My brother-in-law had a stroke and it takes him a little extra time to explain himself.
" is a great guy, very patient, and so knowledgeable that he understands exactly what my brother-in-law wants.
and his associate offered excellent suggestions and worked hard to create a useful and easily usable system, with the Swan
components that my brother-in-law purchased on his own. They set up all the audio and video, and they have a very happy customer.

Stereo and home theater systems

The ideal stereo or home theater setup will depend on your needs and budget. On your own, or with help from a professional installer, you can put the pieces together to channel multiple entertainment options.

It appears something is wrong with your model number - I find a BDP-BX110 and a BDP-S1100, but no bd-110.

If one of those is right, try googling this type of phrase, with the correct model number - Sony bd-110 audio output ports

and you will find both the owners manual and operators instruction manual online. They say these units are primarily made for computer, not home theater connection, as they come with USB and HDMI ports for primary output, to connect to a computer or laptop device.

It appears there is a coax connection on the back that says DIGITAL OUT, that would be your audio connection to the home theater, but your home theater needs to be digital ready in one of the formats this player passes the data in. If computer formatted home theater system, then use the USB or HDMI connection (HDMI passes better quality).

if your home theater is set up for analog (red and black paired RCA jacks), then you are going to need a digital to analog converter, which is way beyond this forum because there are too many data formats and device connector types and sizes. Google for a convertor for your model device, or maybe Sony has one at their online store.

I was very happy with the work that they did. They arrived on time, did exactly what I asked and the special I bought was WAY cheaper than others I talked to ($79 with them vs. $450 estimate from another contractor). The actually did the work when I wasn't home and my wife felt very comfortable with the contractors being in our home. They wore a professional uniform, had good customer service skills, etc. Overall, very satisfied.

I cannot say enough positive things about
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
, specifically the Owner,
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
. If there was an A++ rating available, he would have earned it! I have worked as a property manager and know how hard it is to find a knowledgeable and responsive AV contractor so I will say I did not do comparison pricing on this installation as I got such a strong sense of his work ethic/product when he first came out to look at the job.
Unfortunately, and in no way related to
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
's work, I was beset with a series of problems with the LG TV newly purchased for this installation...in addition to Comcast issues! Although
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
's responsibilities had been fulfilled, he continued to support me, in essence as a consultant, telling me what I needed to do/say with Comcast and trouble shooting the LG issue to assure it was their problem and not something with the cable service or the ancillary systems.
To add to the complexity of getting these issues resolved, LG refused to come out to look at the TV until it was taken off the wall. This meant that
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
had to make several extra trips, coordinated with the LG tech, to remove and then reinstall the TV, as LG did their trouble shooting until they finally found the problem (the TV would work and then go out again)!
Throughout all of this,
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
was not just cooperative and responsive--he bent over backwards to accommodate all the changes and rescheduling that occurred as LG tried to determine the problem. His demeanor throughout was supportive (and believe me I needed support) and kind. I never would have gotten through this, with my sanity intact, without his guidance.
I do want to mention also, another Signature staff member joined
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
in some instances--I'm so sorry I've forgotten his name. He too conveyed the quiet calm of someone who knows what they're doing. In every instance they arrived exactly when they said they would and were very respectful of my home.
Without reservation, I would recommend their services!

I called
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
a week ago to get an estimate on hanging/installing a 65" TV. Out of the three different companies I called, he was not the cheapest, but after a conversation with
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
, I was sure he was the installer I wanted to hire. He took the time after work-hours to talk at length with me about the installation process and what would be the best way to accomplish what I wanted. My install was not average - I wanted an ultra-
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
TV mount and needed all the wires and mount very
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
from the profile view because it is visible when entering the room. He told me to call him at the end of the week to discuss his schedule, which I did and unfortunately the following week had gotten very busy for him. When I told him I was looking to get the TV on the wall ASAP he connected me with another installer that he recommends in these situations. His recommendation was great, I had the TV installed yesterday and I'm very happy with the work that was done. Although
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
didn't do the job himself, the company he recommended speaks highly of the work that he would have done and the company he keeps.

Service Provider was difficult to contact. We were later informed that an emergency situation outside of both the SP's and our control lead to the communication disconnect.
SP was friendly and responsive once the above situation was resolved.
We were happy with the service performed and the price.

Hired this company to fix issues with previous company who wall mounted an 80" tv. Company was hired to only center tv but
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
found the wall mount to be improperly installed so re-installed mount to properly handle this size tv. Had him install audio device at another wall mounted tv and he noticed this mount was also not installed properly, he removed tv and showed me that mount was already loose and could potentially fall off wall due to weight of tv. He properly secured this mount as well. I was very impressed with his ability and knowledge and my wife and I would definitely recommend this company.

This is my 4th time using
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
and his expertise. This time it was on my mother's new home and installation of a 50" Panasonic Plasma over a fireplace with all controls/boxes in a built in bookcase off to the side. From start to finish,
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
is the best. First he is very flexible with scheduling...I was at the mercy of Comcast and they had a bit of hard time running the line to the unit. Once that was finished, I set up the time to meet. He was on time and prompt. He assessed the situation and jumped right in. In under 2 hours, he had the plasma hanging like a piece of artwork above the fireplace. Fast, conscientious and clean best describe
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
. He does it RIGHT the first time and explains everything when finished. He is very easy to work with and did I mention he cleans up after himself. I can count the number of times I had contractors in my house that they left it in worse shape then when they came. Not
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
...everything is tarped, taped and covered. He vacuums along the way to keep the dust at bay...a big deal for me a neat freak. The Plasma looks like it came with the place!! Overall...I would HIGHLY recommend
Redmond Home Theater Installers Provider Name Locked
for all your AV needs.
