"These guys are marvelous! They came out several times. The work was ongoing because we were selling our house and the buyers had a few requirements. The company" charges by the hour and worked very hard the entire time, and I felt the price was very reasonable for the work that they did. They were very accommodating for me and always came out quickly when I requested their services.

"I found
through another Angie's List review. Since he had such good grades, I decided to call him for a estimate (which ended up being" free). He was very punctual, and called me back very quickly to arrange my free estimate. I had a lot of upgrades to be preformed at my home due to purchasing this home about a year prior. The prior owner was elderly, and did not have many of the updates I needed. We had him price out a new roof, kitchen tile/backsplash, update all electric to a 200 amp service panel, install a laundry chute (from 1st to basement) and all new gutters and
's company is not large, rather is a family run business. He is the sole owner and has a small crew of well trained individuals in the remodeling business. I liked the "mom and pop" feel and supporting a smaller business. He has been in business for over 40 years. All of his crew were respectful and also told not to smoke while on the job- they would also preform a great job cleaning the area that was being worked on prior to leaving my home. I was very satisfied with all of the work preformed, especially the kitchen backsplash - it is my favorite! If at any time I had an issue,
would call me right back and even came several times on his own to my home to assess any problems. I felt like other contractors tried to take advantage that I was not very well educated in the construction business.
told me all of the things necessary we needed to do, and was honest about the cost. He would fully explain several different approaches we could take, along with other ways we could do the job. For example- my gutters were directly above the area on the back of my garage, and when it would rain in the winter the rain would then freeze causing a very slick and dangerous area.
suggested that we run the leeders to the other side of the house, so that we do not have this issue arise. I would have never thought of this if he didn't tell me. My gutters used to be filled to the maximum, and were so bad before
fixed them that they were sagging off of the house. They look great and he even found that on my roof there was no sealant around the vent pipes- and he told me prior to replacement. Overall, I found that
and his crew were professional, and well priced. I would highly recommend him for any job, including tile of anykind.

Installing a ceiling fan in place of an existing light or old ceiling fan is no sweat for a professional. But homeowners still have to make some choices about style when installing a new one. (Photo by Summer Galyan)

Ceiling Fan Installation And Repair reviews in Phoenix

They seemed professional, but it wasn’t clear to me in the deal that the ceiling height was limited to 10 feet. I studied the fine print, and there was nothing there. Had the limitation been there, I would not have purchased the deal. However, they showed up on time and were very prompt. I was pleased they could schedule me right away. They were apologetic that their ladder was too short to complete the job.
- Frankie R.

When I called to schedule the service for Big Deal, I let them know I needed my ceiling fan installed. I told them I had worked with them before. The provider had removed the ceiling fan and now I need it installed. They wouldn't honor the Big Deal offer because they said it was still an ongoing job.

was on time, gave us a price up front and worked professionally, diligently, explained everything to us. Even explained which bulbs for us to buy. He was excellent. We called him back for 2 other projects and always plan to call him.
- Arsalan S.

Everything went well. He was nice and very professional. Charged me an extra $35 for overage. He did the first fan and it took the whole two hours and the 2nd fan only took an hour. I felt he could have done both fans within the 2 hours I paid for.

Techs called ahead to confirm appointment, arrived on time, went straight to work, cleaned up when finished. New fan looks great & works perfectly.

We're not sure of all of the things
Phoenix Ceiling Fan Installers Provider Name Locked
did, but he was the only name we got as the electrical subcontractor for our remodeled home, so can only attribute everything - including illegal, not-up-to-code work to him.
Our dishwasher began shorting a circuit after we bought our house. We hadn't been using it with anything else on that breaker (the garbage disposal and another grounded outlet shared the breaker) so knew it was the washer.
The electrician we called was SHOCKED that the electrician who had done the work was licensed, as he had made the ground wire the used (hot) wire! In effect, there wasn't a safe way to actually use the outlets and he was amazed we hadn't been getting shocked all along, especially considering we were so near water. He literally said "He needs to find another job. He doesn't understand electricity." (!!!)
Our new electrician mentioned that this was not only extremely dangerous, but not up to code and even illegal. We could have been electrocuted and the work needed to fix the problem was pretty immense... hundreds of dollars and tearing out tiles and walls and cabinets to get to the problem. We wouldn't have trusted

to come back and do the work "properly" as quite frankly, I'm not convinced he would know what that was.
I get that this is a little technical for some people, and wish I could insert an explanatory link, but that's against Angie's rules. For a

explanation, simply look up "ground wire vs hot wire" and a "dummies" link shows up first. It's a pretty

and thorough explanation.
I've also included pictures to show you how the outlets came out of the walls so you can see the validity of my comments.
- Kara O.

The electricians were punctual, professional, and polite. They did all the work in an hour and 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. Everything works perfect! I'm very happy!
- Laura C.

They did the work as promised, and the fan itself is working fine. However, the way in which they installed the fan could have been done better. Specifically, they did only a rough patch around the drywall that they removed, and it isn't aesthetically pleasing.
