Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
is one of the the most patient and kind people I have had the pleasure of knowing. She is an incredibly gifted and talented music teacher. She has a warmth about her that makes one feel totally comfortable. The children just love her. I am so happy I found her.

We have a great teacher (
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
) and the atmosphere is fun and joyful, and other kids--and older kids like me--share a waiting room while voice, guitar, drums or piano lessons go on in the surrounding rooms. Once in a playing room, though, the noise isn't heard. We are having a great time, and you only need to decide a month ahead if we're going to continue. I wish the prices were a bit less, as it might be hard to sustain in the long-term, but it is private lessons, so I understand.

Since we're competitors you should take everything I say with a grain of salt - I'm only repeating what my customers and teachers have told me. None of them would go back again. In fact, the mother of the girl who wanted to learn saxophone wrote a scathing review of the store on another web site (we are teaching her daughter how to play saxophone, and she in fact played it at her grandfather's memorial service recently).

Mr.
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
has extraordinary talents and skill on the piano and he played for us for over two hours. His personality is warm and genuine, he readily accepted our requests, played with energy and style, and very kindly put up with our very average to low level of singing ability. (Our group is enthusiastic, not talented!) I would hire him again and again. Mr.
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
also is a skilled piano teacher and has been teaching all ages of students for years. Based on my impressions so far, I certainly would recommend him for piano lessons as well as performance.

I couldn't be more pleased. I found
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
on Angie's List, placed an email that day and received both an email and a phone call within two hours. The company is quite interesting. Their instructors are highly skilled, teaching privately at homes and also early school-age kids in groups. I am somewhat unusual, as I have been playing the guitar for almost 50 years, had just purchased a high-end
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
guitar, but had not had a lesson in more than 40 years, and other than picking it up now and then, I thought I had lost a lot of what I once had, and was not pleased with the progress I was making on my own.
The instructor is timely, patient, humorous and knows when to push and when to slow down. We set some reasonable objectives. I wanted to re-learn some of the things I used to know (e.g., reading music) and to learn things that I never knew (or as a kid, didn't have the patience to learn) (e.g., finger picking, music theory). Along the way, I also wanted to learn some popular songs, old and new, to make sure that I was having fun and keeping myself interested. In four short weeks, i cannot believe how much we have accomplished. I have made demonstrable strides on each of my objectives and the instructor is keeping me on track. If I want to emphasize one area in any one week (as I did today with finger picking), he is entirely flexible and only allows me to beat myself up a little.
His approach is very positive. I cannot image a that I could have made a better choice. I remember my lessons as a kid. They were not at all comparable. This is the "A" standard! If only I had an instructor like this 50 years ago ...

I began taking piano lessons with
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
about four years ago at the age of 48. I was a complete beginner, so we started with the very basics. With
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
's guidance, I have made great progress. I learn pieces that represent a variety of genres. We work on theory,
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
, and drills, as well. I enjoy
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
's teaching style. I am getting ready to move to California. She even helped me find a candidate for a piano teacher at the new location.

Learning how to first play a string instrument as an older person, could be a daunting experience. However, learning how to play the ukulele with
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
Stryder has been a very encouraging and rewarding experience.
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
’s compassion for helping others to learn how to play, feel confident and most important enjoy learning is a rare find. He varies the type of songs and selects ones that would appeal to me from a variety of genres - pop, rock, folk as well as current songs, bringing with it new strumming techniques and styles.
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
has worked with me to go beyond just playing songs, to feeling the different rhythms. He does not shy away from introducing me to challenging lessons, though I might express skepticism about my ability to learn the new material. He breaks the learning into steps that are quickly attainable, building confidence to go beyond whatwas just taught. I recommend
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
Stryder as a music teacher without hesitation and I am so glad I found him.

Honestly,
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
is the best teacher my son has ever had. He is talented himself, has worked with various local High School drum lines, etc, but important, the kids who go to him totally enjoy the lessons. He challenges them, but in a very engaging way. My son has quit many things over the years, happy to miss all kinds of lessons, but he never wants to miss a lesson with
Oregon City Piano Lessons Provider Name Locked
. I would highly recommend him for new percussionists, but also for experienced students (I've seen several middle-aged men at lessons with him in addition to a range of kids/teens).
