Business Description: I have been employed in construction trades since 1978. My experience in Construction Project Management began in 1992. I have since managed over $105 million in Portland area projects. Currently, I have recently completed a residential development/ housing project that the City of Newberg recognized with its Residential Development Beautification Award. Construction Project Management requires understanding and experience in all the sub-disciplines of the building trades. Each project requires a firm but realistic schedule, adherence to a budget, and quality control. A good project manager must be able to coordinate the needs and demands of owners, subcontractors, and suppliers to assure a successful completion.
