"After install, the owner, repeatedly ignored my phone calls, & voice mails requesting that he repair/replace or give me a credit for the damaged sink. The owner had the sales rep." from C-Tech come inspect the sink. Even this rep agreed the sink was heavily scratched & noticed
& Marble had substituted a cheaper drain as compared to C- Tech's. Clearly
had to install a different drain because of selling me a used sink or maybe they are skimming off the more expensive C- Tech drains. I find it amazing that the owner of this business can ignore his customers after
the payment check.! To date, I have not received any exceptable resolution to my problem.

"The mixed reviews gave me pause, but I decided to move foward with this company based on some of the good reviews. What a HUGE MISTAKE...first,
(who is the" owner) took a $4,000 deposit (he literally ran to the bank right after leaving our house to cash the check...that was a big flag right then and there) but when I called to inquire about the timeframe, it was well after the originally agreed timeframe. Ok, fine, delays happen, but then he finally sends me the layout (via text, mind you...he never emailed me plans stating his scanner was down), and I realize he he changed it. After much back and forth, he did agree that what he sent me was wrong and that anything that needed to be added/changed could be adjusted during the install by the crew. So, this "crew" arrives, which ends up being
's brother (I'll call him "
") and another young kid; the brother is unbelievably inept and lazy, and does everything possible to get out of doing work (orders kid around, take a gazillion breaks, etc.) For example, although I had a carpenter remove some of the cabinets that we were re-using in the laundry room, "
" complains about having to demo what was left. He is obviously so miffed, that he takes it out on the job, scratching a cabinet, cracking another one, leaving half inch gaps between the doors, and hanging an entire row lopsided. He blames the lopsided hanging job on the ceilings, saying they weren't straight. I say, "
, why wouldnt you use a plumb line?" He gave me a
stare...HE CLEARLY HAD NO IDEA WHAT A PLUMB LINE IS!!! At this point, I am realizing this was the biggest mistake of our lives... A million more debacles, and mishaps later and despite arriving at roughly 11am, they don't leave til amost 8 pm with barely any of the job complete. They then inform us that they had no intention on cleaning up/taking any of the old cabinets or debris with them. I had a 6 foot pile of crap in my driveway and cabinets strewn all over my front lawn. We call
, and after heated exchanges back and forth where we remind him of his promise that everything was all inclusive, he instructs the guys to take the debris. The guys had claimed "contract" (which is little more than an invoice, despite my having requested over and over again a comprehensive agreement) doesn't state takeaway and that was "extra"
's adamant promise to us when we paid the deposit that the price included demo, clean up, cabinets, countertop, sink and faucet (althougth we declined the "free sink and faucet" because I was concerned about their quality..usually free is cheap) These two knuclehead "installers" go on to say that
is just a salesperson and "he doesn't know anything." I say, BS, I know full well
is the OWNER of the company. They then proceed to angrily remove the debris, but end up leaving a giant cabinet in my front yard, claiming the truck was full. This has been one of the worse experiences I have ever had, and it's not over: To add insult to injury, the complaints to
have only resulted in his responding (again, via text) that we should "pay my guys in full when the truck pulls up or we won't proceed with the install or deliver the granite." So far, we have paid him $4000 for a few cabinets, some of which are now damaged by "
", and are no where near a complete install. Again, I had numerous phone conversations, sent numerous emails, texts, trying to get details in writing, all of which have gone unanswered aside from threats.. Unfortunately, this IS ONLY THE HIGHLIGHTS...there are even more details issues with everything this company did that would take up more space than I have here, but some additional details include failing to tell us to have a plumber present during the install (he told me about an electrician which I had onsite), once I did hire an emergency plumber, "
" gave bad info, resulting in our being charged for two separate service calls. They also failed to clean up general job site, installed cabinets over dirty floor, etc. This has been a nightmare all around. I would absolutely heed the bad reviews (I bet the positive ones are probably from family members and are fake (i.e. "anonymous user") like those on his Facebook page) The granite install date is scheduled for Oct 1. I will post a follow up at that time to include pictures of what it looked like before, today and at that time (if he even shows), but In the meantime, BE WARNED: THE PRICE SOUNDS GREAT, but we would have been better off purchasing cabinets ourselves and hiring a qualified carpenter to install them and then going with a local granite company to install the countertops. If
cleans up his act, I will fully disclose the outcome. In the meantime, be warned of the significant work that will be required/due dilligence need to inspect along each step of install, etc.

"Wholesale was very easy to work with, very low pressure. For the template and install they were here on time and very nice. We had some questions on the final measurements and they" were very patient in explaining things to us. After install we noticed a small chip in the corner, Wholesale sent someone out within a few days to fix. Very satisfied

We went to a granite supplier with

and Dawn were very helpful in making these choices.
They fabricated the

very quickly, like 2-3 business days, and called to schedule installation. Upon delivery we discovered they had made an error for the sink cutout for the bath vanity using the wrong sink template. They readily acknowledged the error and cut another countertop with the correct sink cutout in 2 business days and quickly scheduled a time to install it. The installation went very smoothly and installer

They came a little late but not a problem. A team of 3 had our slab and came in to remove the old counter tops, including a very heavy wall mirror that they removed for me. Not part of the deal but I was glad they helped. The install went pretty smoothly with just a little grinding and measuring to make sure it fit properly. There were two counters, one with two sink holes they cut and one for a cabinet top. The window sills were put in place and I noticed the windows wouldn't close all the way, hitting the

of the granite. Once I pointed it out, they quickly pulled them out, ground them down a little a re-installed. Looks fantastic.
All in all, they did a great job and we would use them again. Cleaned up everything including the front sidewalk, taking away not only the old counter tops but also that huge mirror.

Zeke is the owner of
Lebanon Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
. He and his employee,
Lebanon Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
do excellent work. Zeke pays a lot attention to detail and focuses on making sure the finish is perfect.
Zeke was a great help in finalizing the design elements of the pool bath. Even though we'd already picked the style and finishes for the remodel, he offered several ideas that we incorporated into the final design. I'd already done most of the demolition of the old bathroom, so they were able to start on removing and redoing the shower floor. They completed that very quickly and moved to installing the new backer boards on walls and then the subway tile. The subway tile required a a lot of attention to detail to ensure that each row was straight and level. Zeke made his own spacers to ensure the spacing and was meticulous in making sure each row was exact. Several times there were small sections of the wall tile that didn't come out to Zeke's high standards so he would remove those sections and redo them. The subway tile made for slow going, but it looks perfect. It could not have come out any better. Once the slate floor was installed, they quickly finished the rest of the bath room. In the end they finished on time and the bath looks fantastic.
When we started the kitchen and great room remodel we got a few quotes for the floor work. Even though
Lebanon Natural Stone Tile Provider Name Locked
was not the cheapest bidder, we knew they had experience with our slate tile (from the bathroom remodel) and they would do a great job. They started on the agreed date. I had already removed the old kitchen and cleared out all the furniture so the room was ready to go. Somehow they were able to remove approximately 600 sq ft of the existing ceramic tile from the kitchen in one day. The next day they began laying tile. Zeke took his time planning the layout of the tile to ensure it would look great in the room. Over the next three days they put down about 1100 sq ft of slate tile. My wife and I had picked out a very dark grout which required a lot of additional effort to install and clean. Even so, they finished on time and the floor looks awesome.
