These guys were great. They were recommended by a coworker. I called and left a message; my call was returned that day and
said they could be there 8am the next day and gave me a price estimate. They were here on time with
,
and another worker. They were finished and cleaned up within a few hours. The new water heater is working fine. I highly recommend them.

I spoke to
by phone on the morning of 7/21 to discuss having an existing water heater replaced in the attic of my 3 story townhome. He gave me a quote and told me his guys could come the next day to install. I received a call later that day from
who scheduled a time with me the next day.
and
showed up as expected, quickly inspected the existing unit, layed down protective sheets, and got right to work. They had the water heater replaced with a new Rheem Fury unit in less than 2 hours. These guys clearly know what they are doing and instilled a level of confidence in me that is somewhat rare in the home repair/service industry. No BS. No sitting around. Just right to the job at hand. Well done and keep up the great work - thanks for a great experience. don't forget to mention your Angie's List promos!

Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
came in with the most reasonable quote, even though they put the plumbing in the wall, and other companies only quoted to put the plumbing "on" the wall.
The
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
team was very quick to arrive and provide the proposal, and explained very clearly the process to expect. After I accepted the proposal, they returned to rough-in the plumbing, then came back and installed the supply lines and drain to the sink after the cabinet and counter top were installed. At every step, they went the extra mile and didn't take any short cuts. Even on the visual details of the plumbing in the wall, they were extremely careful to do the job the right way, and they were very open to return after the job was done if there were any leaks or issues (which there weren't).
I have had some very bad experiences with
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
and Cedar Park area contractors, so I am very cautious about using a new company.
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
is a company I would recommend without any hesitation.

My experience with this company was a NIGHTMARE!!!!! I've hired several contractors in my years of home ownership, they have all done a fair to excellent job. None so bad to write a complaint about. But I can't warn consumers enough about how horrible this one is. I took off work the day I made the appointment to get the estimate.
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
didn't show up until 5:00pm, I could've worked that day. Then it took 2-weeks to get a return call to schedule the work. Then when they started they were there 12-hours the first day and 13-hours the next day and the job still was not completed. The worker would do some work then have to call his supervisor,
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
, to come and inspect and tell him what to do next. So the work was stopped for 4-5 hours several times while waiting on the supervisor to show up. At one point,
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
was supposed to bring the wood with him to replace the floor, but he didn't. The work was stopped again when
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
left for 3-hours to go buy the wood, while the worker slept in his car waiting on him. The hardware store is only 10-minutes away. They broke the knob off the hot water shut-off valve going to the sink. They broke the rubber boot seal underneath the toilet causing it to leak everything into the basement !!!!
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
wanted me to make a claim on my home warranty before he would fix what he broke. It was a $50.00 part, I called another plumber to fix it. They broke the sink drain pipe and ring. I had a new
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
faucet in a sealed box that had those parts in it.
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
took the sink and my new
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
faucet home that night, said he was going to install the faucet and everything on the sink that they broke and bring it back in the morning ready to be installed. He brought the sink back, the faucet was not installed as promised. The faucet box seal was broken. When I hired another plumber to reinstall my sink. He said there were 3-parts missing out of the box, one being an expensive $20.00 part. He had a cheaper version in his truck he used to install it. They put all their trash to include the ceramic tile they tore up in my residential trash can. They did not haul it away. As most people know, our city trash haulers are not supposed to take construction materials. At one point the worker was using the wrong saw blade to cut through the rotted wood flooring. The house was then filled with smoke and the wood began to catch fire. They also tore off the bottom row of wall tile, breaking most of it. Then attempted to re-glue all the broken pieces back up. So I am going to have to hire someone else to finish the trim around the edges; take off the broken pieces of tile they glued back up and by something new to put up there. We had agreed with the worker for him to show up at 11:00 am on the 3rd day because I had to shower and leave for a funeral. My roommate then went to shower before they showed up. But, for the first time,
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
showed up at 9:00 am. I told him to return at 11:00as agreed. His worker showed up at 11:30, not dressed to work, only to let us know that
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
was not going to finish the job. The worker offered to come back later and finish the job on his own, for more money of course. My roommate finally called at 2:00 pm and demanded he return my sink and faucet. He brought it back and threw it in the middle of the yard. I found out later,
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
is not a supervisor for a company.
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
is the owner and his girlfriend is the secretary and he pays his workers cash under the table. There is no adherence to safety or labor laws. I paid
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
an initial $75.00 home warranty deductible only for him to tell me it wasn't covered. Then I paid him half, $300.00 up front. Now that he did not finish the job and I have paid another plumber he is still asking for the other $300.00.

I was referred to this so-called company by my Home Warranty rep. I've had this home warranty for a few years and this was the first time I called them. Needless to say I am going to cancel it since they referred me to this CROOK.

We purchased a toilet through Home Depot and we needed someone to install it. Home Depot connected us with
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
for install. They called the same day we purchased the toilet to schedule the install.
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
called the morning of the appointment to let me know the name of my plumber (
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
G.) and that he was on route to my home. He arrived early, was friendly, and had all of his supplies. He had us review the paperwork, he explained what he was going to do, what would happen if he found anything else that needed to be fixed. He went right to work. I was concerned about removal of the toilet (damage to the floor if he dropped it or something), but I had no reason to worry. He put the old toilet into a plastic bag and carried it out no problem. He cleaned up after himself...honestly, it didn't even look like I had any work done except for the new toilet looking fabulous. I couldn't be happier with their service.

Of course, the problems happened on a Saturday night, but

came out on Monday, and quickly found the toilet blockage extended all the way to the sewer. Fortunately, his tools did too, and the clog was soon a thing of the past.
The kitchen sink also proved no match, as a couple of new parts stopped the drip. I was happy I didn't have to purchase a whole new faucet.
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked

I would recommend

I decided to be proactive and replace my water heater before I needed to. Most people claim that water heaters will last about 10 years or so; mine was 15 years old. Since we entertain a lot, I didn't want to take any chances of the water heater going out when I needed it the most. I went to
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
Hardware, Lowes, and Home Depot to check out all of the various models. Also reviewed water heaters on Consumer Reports. Rheem had a good reputation, so I visited Home Depot to check out all of the different models to decide which one to get. I decided to purchase one of their top-of-the line Platinum Plus models with a 12-Year warranty (recommended by Consumer Reports). Home Depot told me that
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
does all of their installations, so I called the number that was on their brochure. I called twice. Once, to get an estimate on how much the installation could potentially cost and second, to place my order. Each time, I talked to a very pleasant person who explained things in detail to my satisfaction. One thing to be aware of. If you call the Home Depot number, you get a different price on the water heater than if you call
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
directly. I had a deal that I picked up on Angie's List, so I called
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
directly. In the end, I saved a few dollars, but the pricing through Home Depot is very competitive. After I made my installation appointment, Fast called me the day before to tell me that they couldn't install at the pre-arranged time, but could come a few hours later. No big deal. I had the whole day off, so I just ran errands in the morning.
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
called about a half-hour before he was scheduled to arrive. He assessed the current state of my water heater and put together a proposal for me before he started the work. Since my water heater was 15 years old, it was not up-to-code, so it required a lot of additional work. (On my initial call to FWH, I asked the rep about the possibility that extra work would be needed and what the possible cost might be. He said that it depended on my current water heater and could be in the neighborhood of $200 - $400 (including a $55.00 permit), which it was.) At least I wasn't blindsided by sticker shock. I went ahead and authorized the work and
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
did his thing. He was very pleasant and efficient and took care to put down cardboard so that my rug stayed nice and clean. After about 2 1/2 hours, the job was completed. The work area was cleaned up and
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
carefully went over what he had just installed. The water heater and the installation looked great. My old water heater was hauled away and, hopefully, I will have hot water for a long time to come. I would highly recommend
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
to do your installation.

I walked into the garage yesterday to find water on the floor and the
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
was dripping so I assumed the tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. My first thought was to take the easy way out and call
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked

So I looked on Angies List and found
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked

They actually arrived a little early! ( called first to see if it was ok).
Independence Water Heater Installers Provider Name Locked
was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me information about maintaining the

charges and the final price was as quoted.

Water heater maintenance was performed per agreement. I was not happy that water heater was drained into my bath tub. All previous providers of this service always ran a hose from the water heater to the outside. It has taken about 4 months for the water heater sediment to clear out of my bathroom drain pipes.
