We sub contract those trades which require specific licensing ie: Plumbing and Electrical or as necessary to complete your project in a timely and efficient manner. Our minimum 1 person labor fee is $60.00 for up to 90 minutes of labor. All other labor varies by type of work to be performed. A written estimate will be provided on all jobs.
