Failed to respond to Merrick Reburn's request for a refund or a future discount on the tire warranty he says the company refused to uphold.

"Troy Davis, owner of Mr. Chimney LLC in Cornelius, told me my chimney's damper was broken and would cost $2,500 to replace, but that he could install a cap damper for $550. Given the alternative, I told him I would take it.

"When I researched the unit, I found a cheaper model for $167. So, I asked his assistant to hold off on the order before it could be placed. Since then, I have canceled the order and asked for a refund three times. I have yet to receive any confirmation."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a $90 refund from my deposit."

STATUS: Resolved
