"After the initial repair, I was still having problems, with water draining. They gladly came out the next day without trying to diagnose me over the phone. Turns out, the hose was down to far into the drain.
These are my go to guys, honest and quick. This is the second time I have them out. Having purchased a new how, I bought insurance. My dishwasher went kaput and asked their opinion over the phone. They suggested I pay my deductible and have the insurance cover the repair since it probably cover more.

"When I called the company to ask if they could repair my Hewlitt-Packard computer printer (which was leaking toner

), I spoke to

, who told me it sounded like a straight-forward job, but to bring it in and they'd take a look at it and give me an estimate. Another company I'd contacted told me over the phone--without even seeing the machine--that it couldn't be repaired and I should just buy another printer! I decided that I'd get a second opinion and I'm glad I did! When I took the printer in, I wasn't in a rush to get it back, which was good because they had a very busy work schedule due to one employee being sick and others on the road. After a week,

called to tell me that the printer was ready to go--all it needed was a cleaning and two new toner

cartridges. He gave me the choice of replacing those myself, or they had them available and could sell them to me today. I decided to go with what they had in stock at the office, just to make it easier on myself.

carried the printer out to the car for me and as soon as I got it home, I set it up and printed some materials. The printer works good as new! The lesson I learned from this experience: ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION! It was worth it!

"The first company I called was bad because after the visit, I had to call him back because the problem was worst. He came back, made an adjustment to the rubber sealant around the tub and said if he had to come back again he will charge for the visit even if the problem persists. I called

and complained and told them they should not have this company on their authorized list of technicians. They told me to call another company and that they will pay for it. I called

. They seem more experienced. however, the problem I had with this dishwasher was unique. it was not easy for them to figure it out. however, what I appreciated was that they said they will come back as many times as needed to fix the problem to my satisfaction. they stood behind their work. it took a few more visits, then it was resolved by

who is the owner. he showed that he knows the

machine and he took the time and was very meticously in trouble shooting the problem. And he resolved the problem. It was a

problem that the machine was not set in properly in the first place. The installer wanted to set the machine in flush with our cabinet and by doing so, the machine was not level, thereby causing one side to not seal properly. None of the other technicians took the time to take out the machine and determine why it was not set properly. Good job

"I went with them initially because my garbage disposal is under warranty, and the Insinkerator website lists them as the company to call for warranty service. When the work order went through, they were prompt and responsive, and the technician was punctual and conscientious. Although I ended up paying for the service (the problem was with the installation, which another company performed, not the product), it wasn't prohibitively expensive. My only reservation is in regard to actually trying to schedule the work. I missed their initial call-back and I left three subsequent messages that weren't returned. But when I finally got a hold of them, everything went more than smoothly."

"My built in microwave and my refrigerator both stopped working. I called A&P appliances on a Tuesday, and set an appointment for late afternoon on Thursday. The repairman arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator as a burned out circuit board, which he quickly replaced. The microwave had a leaking magnetron, which could not be fixed in my home. He removed the microwave from the wall, took it to the shop for repair, and reinstalled it about a week later. Both appliances are still working fine about 3 months after the service.
