"Lots of pros mixed with a few cons from this lengthy series of jobs. Net result was two beautifully remodeled bathrooms, one updated bathroom that looks great, and wonderful hardwood floors. But getting there was harder than expected.

is in all respects a hard-working, experienced, honorable contractor who strains to make jobs go well. His foreman,
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
, is cut from the same mold and fixes a lot of problems left by various subcontractors. The subcontractors, however, are of widely varying demeanors and skill levels, and if you do the work during the peak construction season, expect delays, trouble getting a firm fix on when crews may arrive, and plenty of things that may fall through the cracks, so to speak.
You must also be prepared to do all design work on your own of through a separately hired professional.
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
has established a rather broad network of preferred vendors, and some of them are simply extraordinary. But there are also a couple of clunkers in the mix. So knowing what materials you want to use, colors and approaches, all on the basis of your own homework, is essential.

's best sub contractors are really, really good. His flooring guys are simply outstanding--the hardest working individuals I think I have ever seen, ruthlessly efficient yet focused always on doing a beautiful job. His tile-

is meticulous and does beautiful work. The electrician and his apprentice are real characters; they know their stuff. We had bad luck with the mirror and shower vendor, who told us one thing and delivered another (
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
made it right from his own pocket); with one member of his

's main crew, a rather insolent, sneering guy who used the wrong seal on the shower stall, which meant it leaked and had to be partially redone (again, at
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
's expense); and with the plumber, who did not get the right permits, did not install toilets when he was supposed to and seemed unable to comply with city standards without two or three tries at it.
We also were very impressed with the spray painter who set up a studio in our garage and beautifully refinished a dozen doors; a really good guy.
And, finally, a special thanks to
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
, the outfit that supplied the countertops. They gave us a good price, produced the tops in just days and got them installed quickly and well when we needed that to happen.

The crush of summertime business;

's "all on a post-it note or in his head" scheduling system and the continual sense that

to delays. But, in the end, everything (except one small thing) got done, we love the bathrooms, we love the floors and we consider

"I had originally contacted
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and a few other companies listed on Angie's List to get a quote on installing ceramic tile for my main bath counter top. After
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
came to the house to preview the size of the project, he provided me with a quote and also suggested I consider buying prefabricated granite from a store in Beaverton. After looking at the prices and inventory at the recommended granite provider, I decided to go with this instead, as the cost was about equal to what a tile job would cost.
I was able to use
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
's contractor discount when selecting my granite and
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
tended to all the details to pick it up when it was time to install it. He arrived on time with a co-worker to assist him. Both were incredibly kind and professional men.
After some initial prep work in the house,
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
pulled the granite slab from his truck, placed a template of the counter dimensions over it and allowed me to select the section of the granite I wanted to use by showing me what the finished product would look like if I were to select one side of the slab over another or even something from the middle. The cutting and installation went pretty quickly, actually. For a nominal charge, I even had him install the sink and faucet fixtures once the counter was in. This way when he left my house, my bathroom project was completely done and I could enjoy the new face lift right away.
Upon completion of the job, I appreciated
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
pointing out and apologizing for a couple of very small paint dings, which were to be expected based on how the counter needed to be fit between two walls. He also pointed out where the wall of the bathroom was not straight (they rarely are in older homes) and explained how I could camouflage the added gap in one section of the back splash with paint, which worked like a charm once the caulk was fully dried. And finally, while installing the sink and connecting the plumbing, he pointed out some warping that had occurred to the floor of the vanity cabinet when the cabinet maker installed it two weeks earlier and failed to ensure no water was leaking from the plumbing. We had noticed pooled water several days later, but didn't realize how much this warped our new vanity. So I appreciated
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
pointing this out both as a way to inform us of the damage that occurred prior to his arrival and his due diligence to ensure we didn't think he had caused this.
I would HIGHLY recommend
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
for large or small projects. Top notch professionals who do quality work at a competitive price.

"I had a bid from Home Depot, Costco and Precision. I went to Crowleys on the recommendation of my friends. They beat the other prices by 40% +. They suggested choosing granite at Elemar. They did a great job of fabricating my granite, even suggesting a window sill for a place my designer was having trouble figuring out. It all looks great. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and efficient. They have some equipment to chop leftover stone in different ways than I had seen before. They also suggested making a bath counter out of my leftover stone and it cost less than $700 for a 6ft counter."

"I went to the showroom to pick out the countertop. The salesperson that helped us wanted to speed it along so she actually came and measured it herself on her way home. She went above and beyond because that's not her job. They were superb and did a great job. The first guy that came in to do the template did one minor error but they fixed the problem fast."

"
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was on time and very professional. His bid was the one I would have chosen had we gone ahead with the work. He was on time, got the bid to us in a timely manner and the price was reasonable (in comparison to other bids we received-but more than we were prepared to spend at the time). He brought samples and let me keep some to help me choose a color. He followed up with me by phone, but was not pushy. I think he would be a good person to do business with."

"He was great. He paid attention to details, he was honest, and he did a great job. I would definitely call him back."

"Overall, the experience was good. The granite work they did was top-quality. I had to re-do some of the plumbing work they did, so I wouldn’t recommend them for plumbing, but the granite work was fantastic. Their price was fair. I’d recommend them for the granite work in a heartbeat."

"In choosing my granite slabs,
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
(my salesperson) was most helpful in guiding me through their huge warehouse of granite slabs and in making choices that matched my existing oak cabinetry. In making the initial cuts on the slab, however, the slab cracked and was unusable. However, Precision was able to locate an identical piece in another of their stores and have it trucked in for my order.

Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was responsible for laying out the pattern to maximize the coherence and appearance of the grain and colors throughout all four of the counters, and he did a beautiful job.

The templating, tear-out, and installation was managed by
Beaverton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
, who was simply excellent--very knowledgeable, professional, prompt, reliable, friendly, and a very nice guy. I can't say enough about him, as he discovered several complications in the tear-out and was able to remedy them in a way that didn't impact the installation and that left me with a very beautiful outcome.

The other contractors that Precision used (an electrician to re-route some wires in the island) and a plumber to install the sink, dispensers, faucets, and cook top were all first rate--and all were reliable, professional, and knowledgeable.

I couldn't be happier with the outcome, and I'll definitely contact Precision again when it's time to redo the bathrooms. For now, I'm just sitting in my kitchen, smiling...
