Business Description: Baby Boomer Fitness Solutions (BBFS) specializes in working with each client, to insure safe, effective, fun exercise routines that create definite results and can be done in the home. Certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) BBFS' small, private studio offers an environment which allows each participant to feel comfortable and trusting about working with a certified personal trainer. One-on-one training allows clients to have the studio and the trainer for oneself over a 55 minute period, with an extreme focus of personalized exercise. For those who are looking at more affordable option, the semi-private classes of 2 to 6 participants insures each client receives personal attention from the trainer. Classes are safe; competition within the class is not welcomed. First time class attendees can receive a complimentary session to experience the class prior to signing up. No long term contracts or membership fees. Clients select one-on-one personal training ($65 to $90) on a monthly basis; or semi-private class sessions (with 2 to 6 attendees @ a rate of $14 to $18 per session) that teach Mat Pilates, Flexibility & Strength Conditioning, Balance Enhancing & Fall Prevention, over-all Physical Strength, and Pain Reduction. All exercises are completed via Body Weight, Stretch Bands, Stability Balls and hand weights. There are no subcontractors or various trainers. You will work with one trainer, who will learn about your health/fitness goals, and design several exercise programs that will work well for you.
