Appliance Repair Reviews in Aloha

My 12-year-old Maytag dryer had started making terrible squeaking noises while running. I called on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, between 10 and 10:30. The repairman arrived promptly at 10 and had all the required parts with him. He took apart my dryer and discovered that one of the rollers was worn out and needed replacing. He recommended replacing both rollers at the same time, since the other was the same age and bound to wear out soon as well. I agreed. He also vacuumed out the inside of the dryer and showed me a very plugged fan vent, which he cleaned out. He also cleaned the vent behind the dryer and replaced the hose, which was kinked and not allowing sufficient air flow. I felt that he was making sure the dryer would work well for me for years in the future. He noted that the belt did not need replacing, even though it was 12 years old. I was very satisfied with the repair. He even retrieved a handful of
from inside the dryer works, and gave them to me. The price was more than I expected, but that was because the parts for my Maytag dryer are quite expensive ($45/roller). My only complaint was that there were some dirty smudges on the inside of the dryer that I had to clean before putting clothes inside, but that was not a big deal.

I called and requested "same day service". My aging washing machine refused to spin, and dirty laundry was piling up! The receptionist put me on a brief hold to talk with the tech, and was able to give me a 1:30 (same day!) appointment.
The tech showed up on time, listened to my sad story and got to work. He came to me 15 min later to show me the gross gunk on the pump filter, which disabled the spin cycle to protect the pump. He cleaned the filter, reinstalled it and confirmed it now spinned. Problem solved!
The whole visit lasted about 30 min, no extra charge for same day service, and was given $5.00 off for mentioning Angie's List! Now I can work on the mountain of dirty laundry :-)

came at 4:20pm turn on the washing machine, knew exactly what was wrong, repaired the problem in 10 minutes and was done. He was prompt, fast, clean and friendly. I wonder if being a Angie's List member if I can get a discount? Oh well...too late, I will definitely hire again.

Wires had broken behind oven rear wall. The built-in oven had to be completely removed to restore wiring.
It went well for me, all I had to do was watch. I was glad I'd called for help - this was not a do-it-yourself project.

arrived precisely on time and got right to work. He explained that I needed to haev the electrical conversion done first - swtiching out the 220 outlet to a 110 - and implied that they would probably be able to come the next day after that was done.
I arranged to have the electric done that afternoon (Friday) but when I called to schedule them to return, it was going to be the following Wednesday before they could come back! 5 days without a

However, he guys arrived on time on Wednesday, immediately got to work with the gas line and removing the old range.
They worked quickly and quietly and very neatly.
They protected my floors while moving the old range out and the new range in.
They swept up the small amount of debris that was created in the garage while plumbing the gas and made a clean spot. :)
I would recommend their work and I am happy that

I decided that the oven was a little too high on the wall. I called Mr.

I thought I had a leak coming from my dishwasher.

came out to fix it - but told me that I would have to get a plumber. They also said I needed on new door seal on my dishwasher door. I did not understand at first why they could not fix the dishwasher - but after I called the office, it was explained to me that since the leak actually originated from the water pipes leading into the dishwasher - it required a plumber to fix. I paid for the original service visit $69.00 - and asked them to order the seal for the door. The seal took about a week to arrive. They did not charge me for a second visit, so I just paid $25 for the seal and $30 for labor. My dishwasher is working well and seems quieter with the new seal. I did have to have a plumber repair the leak in the water pipes. I was pleased with the service.

Our washer developed a leak. Using a photograph and a description of the area where the leak occurred, the lady managing the store was able to identify the bad part and described how to install it. For eight bucks and a little bit of effort the problem was solved.

The visit was 15 minutes. Tech was very efficient and pleasant, and in fact was able to service our dryer 1 hour prior to the appointment (he called first). This is the second time we have used
