came to the house which I recently purchased and which had been neglected. He assessed the job and gave me a price. His workers then came. They were courteous and efficient. The job took longer than I expected because of wet weather and repairs needing to dry prior to painting.
's crew did small jobs without being asked and without adding to the cost of the job. They cleaned up everything.

Stucco Repair And Installation reviews in Tulsa

I felt other consumers considering this company should know that the pricing extended by this company is going to be way above and beyond what you'll find from other contractors for the same work. I needed basic caulking around my home and a stucco fireplace repainted to cover minor grill smoke stains. I also needed a metal railing sanded and two walls and a small flight of outdoor steps pressure-washed and painted. We are talking about 2 days of work (

) with minor materials, i.e., some paint,

and caulk. Of course some tools would also be needed but from a pure cost and outlay standpoint the needs were very minimal. The quote I got was over $3,500!! This is a $2k-$2,500 job "at most" and I asked provider to drop price from $3,524 to $3,000 even. Not only did he not agree but he insulted me by coming back with $24 off and re-pricing job at $3,500 even. When I kindly shared I thought he was high and I would not be needing him he sent back a "Good Bye" email which to me was condescending and unprofessional and tells me this provider would not have been one I would have enjoyed employing, for any work. That is my feedback for others considering this company, good luck.

is very good. He takes the customer, step by step, through the entire process and takes photos and e-mails them each day as the process progresses.
Very responsive to questions of customer and returns all messages promptly.
Price is in line with other providers, but I think prices in general, are a bit high....More /> I would not hesitate to hire him again.

A crew of eight people repaired the parapets and other issues with the house, which is approximately 10 years old. The weather was quite uncertain, but Blue Sky

, Lath & Plaster worked with us to make sure that condition were right to apply the final coat. They performed a water test on each of the windows to ensure there was no leakage. The color coat was applied over a two-day period and the results were very good. The owner came and reviewed the work with me and will repair two very small issues. The new stucco is thicker than the previous material providing better protection.
The Blue Sky crew were fabulous. They were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job of protecting the landscaping around the house.

They were punctual and completed the work as promised. I was concerned about stucco droppings on the painted porch slabs but they did a good job protecting the existing work. The stucco work itself was very good. I would definitely use

We wanted 2 unused doggy doors covered as though they never existed. Looks amazing and you wouldn't be able to tell they were there. We also needed an old doorway covered and plastered since we were creating a new doorway on another wall. Texture is spot on. It could maybe use a little sanding in a couple areas but overall great experience. Pleasant and very polite.

I contacted
Tulsa Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
because I have some cracks in my stucco and part of it sounds hollow behind. Their call center works well got my information. And told me that they only do full remediation which I might need (or not). And told me the other part of their company Advanced Mold Inspection would be able to give me an estimate. I send my information and pictures through webpage and their never got back. Also my wife had contacted them on the phone a week before and neither did they follow-up or call back.

I am late posting this review because I had other house projects completed after my re-stucco, and do not want my tardiness to reflect negatively upon the provider (with whom I am extremely happy). I bought the stucco Big Deal ($2,799 for up to 2200 square feet of exterior wall space) from

in late March. Mr. Shai Shelhav, owner, came to the house on March 27, 2014 and examined the the house very carefully, and told me where repairs would be needed, as the stucco had "de-laminated" from the house in several spots. He also noted all of the cracks that would be patched - there were many of them, including a lot that ran horizontally. He measured the house and gave me an estimate of $4,400 plus tax. My house is pretty big, and the price included a discounted rate of $1.50 per additional square foot. He then wrote up the contract which detailed all of the specific tasks that would be performed (along with my commitment to water the patchwork for at least 3 days afterwards), and with the price (minus my pre-paid $2,799). He showed me a color chart and explained that the final color that I chose might be slightly different on the wall. He told me that after I chose a color he could, if I wanted, direct me to some homes already completed with that color so that I could see what it looked like. I was impressed by his desire to make sure I would be happy with the color. As stated in the Big Deal, he told me that the work would be completed in late Spring or early Summer and that he would be in contact with me to bring his foreman out to see the house prior to the actual work being done. He did come in early June with his foreman,

was aware of the areas that needed repair. The repair and patchwork was done on June 19th. The house was re-stuccoed on June 25th.

and his crew arrived promptly at 7:30am, put down a lot of canvas tarp to protect the yard, walkways and patio areas and put masking tape and plastic covering around windows, doorways and other areas. The crew began work promptly, and were very courteous and professional. Shel had also told me that if I wanted to buy new outside light fixtures they would install them, as they had to take of the fixtures anyway. I did buy new fixtures. The job was finished in one day, everything was cleaned up and you would never had known they were there. I would also like to compliment
