Hi,

This is Kyle K from Member Care. I'm happy to help!

I apologize, but that would fall under our Pain Management category which is included in the Health list. Currently, you're enrolled in our Basic membership which only includes access to our Home list.

If you'd like to upgrade your membership to the Plus or Premium plan, we'll be happy to assist you with this search. If interested, give us a call at 1.888.944.5478 and we'll take care of this adjustment. Again, I do apologize for any misunderstanding.

Hi,

This is Kyle K from Member Care. I'm happy to help!

I looked through our database to find providers to assist you, but I'm sorry to say we don't currently have options in your area.

We like to offer members at least three options for their projects, so when this happens we are happy to offer the services of our Local Research Department. They will search outside of our database to track down some options for you. Because these providers won't be rated by members, it will be difficult to determine intangibles like reliability, price, expertise and other things that can be found on member reviews. However, we want to help you find a place to start with your project. Please allow a couple of business days for them to follow up with their findings.

It went very well. Dr. discusses options and the pros and cons of each. I like to feel that I am part of the decision made regarding my treatment and I have that with Dr. . I continue to go to Dr. . He has offices in other places in case Morristown is not convenient. He has ...More an office in Ridgewood and another in Montclair.

. Orthopedics was great from the minute we walked into the building. Receptionist was friendly and gave helpful directions to the second floor where our doctor was located. There we were met with another friendly and helpful assistant with the paperwork and forms involved. Assistant called us in for appointment even before ...More our appointment time. Wonderful as we had driven from Red Bluff. A very pleasant doctors assistant (wish I had her name) asked some questions about his injury and pain and explained why she needed the information for the doctor. Dr.Farzad came in shortly and introduced himself and shook hands with us. He immediately made us feel comfortable and began to talk to and ask him to describe his pain and injury.
.He didn't push for answers but really listened to him as he explained an old injury to his back in 1952. It involved the neck also, which was the reason for 's appointment.. After some discussion was sent for x-rays and MRI. We had been requesting that for 2 months in Red Bluff. It was such a relief to get it all done in such a short time. Dr. stayed late in his office to discuss the results with us before he left for the day. That just doesn't happen very often any more. We never felt like he was in a hurry to leave. We were so pleased to find a doctor who really listened to us. We feel confident in the answers we received from him. We would not hesitate to recommend Dr. to anyone with a spine problem. He gave us back confidence in the medical profession again.

Dr provided me with tools/exercises to improve/eliminate my back pain. I have also had therapeutic massage and acupuncture performed in this office. Both help me get rid of the pain in my back. I highly recommend this office and the services they provide.

I would give him an A+. I have been in pain management for 26 unfortunate years and I have had experience with too many other pain management doctors. And Dr. is one the best—in fact I would say at this point is the best doctor in pain management and I would recommend him to anyone--he is excellent!

Dr. is an excellent doctor. He knows what he is doing and is very good at what he does. I have been seeing him for at least 5 years. He has my pain under control and that is what matters to me. He is direct, doesn't waste words and takes only the time he needs to. If you have severe pain the office will get you in asap. ...More The staff is very good. The only problem is the place doesn't feel clean, but to be honest I really don't care. The other problem is it is very hard to get someone on the phone.

They are a Canadian-trained osteopath. He does manual and physiotherapy. He takes the time with you. He explains everything. He doesn’t use drugs or anything. He is where people go when the doctors can’t fix the problem. I am no longer on any pain meds; I have no more pain. I escaped having to file for disability. It was that severe. I refer everyone to him.

The doctor we seen there was horrible! I think it was . My husband has hepatic encephalopathy (dementia)--- the doctor accused him of being "stoned". I was so shaken (I'm a nurse)--- I was speechless!!! I told the doctor my husband has end stage liver failure and has hepatic encephalopathy and this ...More is the reason for his delay in speech. The assistant took my $2 earlier to get him a coke there in the office because he had to do a drug test---- she never came back with my $2 after we left the office for this terrible visit. I would not recommend anyone go to Dr .
It's like he had an agenda for Dr 's former patients. That was the first thing out of his mouth--- he said "we don't do what did here........ meaning he does not prescribe pain meds."

I was given forms to fill out I was asked fora urine sample for drug screen . This after waiting nearly an hour. Then sent upstairs to wait yet another hour. Then I was put in an examing room. After 45 minutes in there, I approached the staff to ask how much longer. I was told I would be seen in about 15 minutes. One half hour later I got up and ...More left, telling the staff they overbook and are inconsiderate of other peoples time.

My personal opinion, I do not care how good a Dr. Is it is plain rude and non caring to make peple wait for well over 3 hours!!!!
