Took car in for appraisal and was satisfied the work would be done well since I had used them before.
kept in touch and let me know every stage the car was in. When I picked up my car it looked brand new, outside and inside. It was thoroughly cleaned and polished. It's nice to fine a place that focuses so much on customer service!

My door handle (inside) of my Toyota Camry broke and I was unable to exit my car without rolling down my window. I called
and asked if they would be able to repair it. They said yes and that to limit the time without my car, to come by so that they could see what exact part to order for it. I took the car by and they gave me a written estimate and they called me the next day to say that they had the handle in but not the trim. They offered to repair the handle immediately so that I wasn't inconvenienced with rolling down the window and then they'd call me back when the trim part came in. I decided to wait to have it all done at once. In a few days they called to say that all parts were there and that I could bring the car by at anytime and they'd repair it while I waited. I took it in and was in and out in less than 15 minutes! They were friendly, professional and I would definitely use them again for car body/paint repairs.
Oh-I asked them it they could repair or replace the cracked front windshield of my car. They said since it wouldn't be covered under an insurance claim it would be cheaper for me to take it to a glass company. I appreciated their honesty.

I had some slight damage to the rear bumper of my car that needed repair.
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
was the cheapest quote that I received for this work. They were extremely professional and explained how the work would be performed. They even repaired a small nick on my front bumper at no additional charge. The only issue was that it took them a day longer to complete the work than they had quoted. However, they did let me know about the delay. Overall I was very pleased.

Ask for an estimate to repair car. Employee walked around car and said that would be at least $1,200.00. Employee disappeared into office. No written estimate.

They had our car for four weeks. They closed for the week of
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
4 but assured us would be ready before that week was out.
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
weeks later and after many calls, we got our car. The excuses were ridiculous: "we finished it but found a
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
on the front bumper and had to put it back in the shop." "parts came in damaged and we had to return them". "we've been slammed with customers" (we weren't customers?) "we take care of several fleets and we have a big insurance deal going on". When we finally got our car it was dirty and dusty inside, we found sandpaper on the back seat and some yellow tape over a piece of styrofoam on the inside of the door. The first time they told us it was ready, when we got to their office, all the workers were sitting around talking and laughing and the guy who dealt with us had his feet up on the desk. The car wasn't ready until the next day when they were supposed to call and DIDN'T call so we had to call them.
We have had body work done there for several years and always had a good experience. The older gentleman we always worked with wasn't there so we suspect he retired.

The woman who answers their calls and schedules their work is RUDE and more concerned about making MONEY than about treating customers with respect.

One of the first things I noticed at Karrol
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
was the high number of high-end luxury sports cars in his shop. I liked this because I figured the owners of these cars could afford to take them anyplace in the city, and I assumed they chose Karroll
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
as the best.
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
looked at my car and I liked that because I think he is the owner. He told me he recommended painting the
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
without painting a substantial part of the rest of the car. He said it was my option. He explained that the paint on the new
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
might be a very slight difference in color, but that it didn't really make sense to repaint virtually the whole car when only the
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
lid was damaged. He told me that I would not notice any difference at all, and that if it was his own car, he would only have the
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
painted. I asked if he could save me some money by smoothing out the relatively small
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
and repainting my
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
lid rather than ordering an entire new part. He opened my
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
, showed me how the thin metal skin is attached to an underlying frame of the
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
, and he explained why that would not work. Mr.
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
told me from the first day that my car had a chrome strip adhesively attached to the
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
lid that was not original. He also told me that he might not be able to find a replacement for it, but he would try. He said he would add it to his estimate. The piece was $125 and the complete estimate was $1,785.82. He acknowledged that this was an outrageous amount of money just to fix a
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
lid, but the cost of parts for the car are expensive. My insurance company is GEICO. Its estimate was $1,452.72. The main difference was that GEICO would only offer to pay for a used
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
lid and
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
recommended a new
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
lid. At first,
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
Auto Body told me they would do all the "arguing" with the insurance company (for example, to pay for a new part instead of a used part), but then they made it plain they wanted me to call GEICO about the
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
lid. I didn't like that and told
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
I wanted them to deal with it because they told me they would. So they did; but they were not successful. I decided to pay extra for the new lid because that was their recommendation. After I authorized the work, I received a phone call from
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
, in about 10 days I think. They said, "your part arrived, it has been painted, and is ready to be installed". This surprised me and I was worried that they had painted it without first matching it to the rest of my car. I dropped off my car in the morning and it was ready that afternoon. When I picked it up, I was very pleased. I'm still very pleased. Just as Mr.
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
said, I couldn't tell the difference in the paint on the
Tulsa Auto Repair Provider Name Locked
lid compared to the paint on the rest of the undamaged car. Even though they failed to attach the chrome strip, they tried twice. Also, they told me from the beginning that it might not be possible.

The estimate was fair (not the most expensive and not the cheapest) and quickly given. There was no haggling or hard sell done. The work was done on time, which has not ever been the case at other places I've gone to and the work was great! Even better than the work, was the service. It was simply outstanding. The final price came in lower than the estimate, the detailing that was done after made it look showroom new. I hope to never need their help again but I would recommend them to anyone.

Recommended by friend who had used this shop, I had obtained two estimates in the $3000-$4000 range. The owner asked me if repairs were out of my pocket, or insurance, then explained in detail what he planned to do. Estimate of $1075.00 was considerably less than others. Work was performed within 4 days and to say the least, I was astonished at how well the car looked. Very, very satisfied. Definitely will use again!
