Hood was our designer and his service was excellent! This was our second experience with
. We were so pleased with our master bedroom" closet last fall that we called him back for the rest of the bedroom closets. We plan to have him design and install a garage system this spring.
provided all the information and options we needed to choose exactly what would work best for us, but never used high pressure tactics to get us to buy more than we needed. The installers worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves....absolutely no problems. Very happy with the results.

"Bill was my project manager who I could call anytime and ask questions (He was more than happy to answer and get any issue fixed right away) Loved his professionalism. Our project was" scheduled to be
10 weeks, but I added to the job while they were here and they did get the add-ons done quickly. We started with the demolition of the kitchen when very smooth and quick and they cleaned up each day before they left. They were easy with the demo and Bill said less destruction and easier less problems happen from like the shows you see on TV. Loved that. Then the floors were re-done in oak and this was added on in dining room and refinished the living room floor so all rooms then matched up. These were one of the most expensive things we did. (The price was a bit high on the flooring since I had had refinished before and a lot less) But came out spectacular so it balanced out. I loved the quality of the drawers in the kitchen very well made, but the cabinets themselves were average not heavy duty. Hard to get paint to match (No fault of
) You may want to get paint to match if you have painted cabinets. They also had to demo the upstairs closet, install plumbing and electric to put washer and dryer upstairs out of the kitchen. The plumbing took longer since needed parts but it was well worth it my plumbing is SPECTACULAR! The floor was done beautifully and they fixed a scratch they got on the floor on the stairs and had the floor guys fix it. Loved that. I had two other add-ons to my project: I had marble left from the kitchen so we put in a double sink in our upstairs bathroom with the marble (This went very fast, easy, affordable and beautiful) I also had our powder room sink cabinet replaced I figured might as well while we have plumber it was a cabinet my husband and I bought from Lowes. I was installed by plumber quick and easy also. We had can pot-lights installed in kitchen beautiful some wiring hick ups but were fixed and quickly. Marble time backsplash done beautifully. Gorgeous! Love the guy who did this very quick, fair and did a wonderful job! My only suggestion to any contractors out there would be to talk to anyone who smokes and have them not smoke on the job. I had this on two occasions with sub-contractors that came to the house for
. Make sure you budget if older house for (might as wells) and any hiccups. If I did again I would figure 20 to 30 % for overages, fixes... on old homes. My overall project went well and was well worth the time, effort and expense of a re-model. *
was on-time, professional and willing to change and or do what needed to get done. If I hadn't added on items to the very professional estimate they gave me and walked me through we would have finished on-time and on budget. *I would use them again!

Closet organization

Closets tend to gather clutter, adding to household mess and making it hard to find items when needed. A little closet organization can go a long way, giving you more storage room and less time spent searching for holiday decorations or the right pair of shoes.

Closet Design reviews in Sand Springs

Install went well, very professional. They returned when I realized the spacing on my shoe closet wasn't going to work and promptly fixed it. During the design process, one of the drawer options I was presented with and initially chose then became unavailable, and I had to negotiate with the owner to get one of the other options at a reduced price because I was going to be automatically given the more expensive option without a discount. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and the closets are beautiful.

Wood called two days after buying the deal on Angie's list. He accommodated my needs for that saturday. He sent a very nice fellow to review and start my list. Bottom line is
Sand Springs Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
has more business than he can handle. He came to the house to review the work and we engaged in a discussion about several things we needed done at the house we asked him for bids on several items. He never got back to us and gave several excuses as to why I did not receive the bids. It always took several days for him to return my email. Even more concerning, he charged a total of around $700.00 for supplies to build one shelf in my closet, was not able to finish the job because there was another job booked and said they would hold onto the wood until they finished the job. After asking for it a couple of times it still has not been returned, after he said he would.

He did a variety off work for us to get our house ready to sell, including hanging curtain rods, new light fixtures, hanging pictures and mirrors, tearing out and building new closet shelves. We had found Eco-nize on Angie's list and our initial contact was via a web chat and a phone call, followed by a visit by
Sand Springs Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
the designer/project coordinator who arrived exactly on time. He understood immediately that what we wanted in the replacement cabinets would be their garage style units. We were able to look at samples and select the finish and hardware. Later the same day he e-mailed us two designs and quotes to choose from. He suggested that we could visit a local showroom to look at the units "in the flesh", but we didn't feel it was necessary based on his thorough description of the product and the detailed designs he had produced. Since we were traveling, our primary means of communication was e-mail for the few questions left to answer, all answered quickly. We decided on a design with 3 upper cabinets, a slat wall for hanging tools , 2 base cabinets and a butcher-block work surface. We placed our order 3 days after the designer's visit, and installation occurred about 4 weeks later. We had expected a crew of two people, but a team of four arrived and made quick work of the old cabinet removal. The old rusty upper cabinets had fallen off the wall and were stacked in the garage, and there was a heavy metal base unit to move out to the street as well. The installation had to be precisely located, wedged between furnace access and an existing shelf that had been removed for painting. A week after the installation visit, two of the installers returned to do some minor adjustments to the installation and were nice enough to lift our painted shelves back into the corner next to the Eco-nize unit.
It was an excellent experience start to finish.

's design works well in the space, he was available via e-mail to answer our questions, and the Eco-nize installation crew was terrific as well. I should add, one of the comments on Angie's list was something like "They don't waste your time!" We agree--There were 3 visits by Eco-nize , every one on time, and once here work was done efficiently and pleasantly, and the final product, the new unit, looks great!

This project was terrible although the final product is ok. We had melamine cabinets and laminate countertop and wanted an update. I had read on the web that
Sand Springs Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
, although they sub the job out (they all do), has good project management and coordination. NOT SO! The Sales rep was great (of course) and said we'd have a single point of contact throughout the process even though the cabinet re-facing and the countertops are done by different subcontractors. That did not prove to be the case. The cabinet doors & drawers were ready weeks before the countertop, but the scheduler said it would only be a couple days, so we went ahead and let them do the cabinets (they removed our countertop). So, when the countertop wasn't ready, I had to fashion my own temporary countertops to use for almost 3 weeks! Each time I called the office, I got someone else, who was not familiar with my project. The quality of the thermo foil doors is pretty good, but they measured two of them wrong, so had to re-order them. The quality of the re-facing & door installation workmanship was pretty poor. I called and had a manager come out and look at the job. He agreed it was poor quality work, and scheduled a repair and re-do when the new doors were due. The second work, weeks later when the correct doors were ready, was better than the first, but he still did a lousy job of finishing trim, corners, edges, etc. At this point, I was sick of them, so I let them go on their way and patched the gouges in my ceiling, filed the edges of the laminate, caulked the seams, etc. myself! Final result is pretty good, but only because I did the finish work! The countertop ( a separate sub-contractor) was delayed a long time, but went in pretty well. However, they did not have all the backsplash material (they mis-read their own measurer's drawing). The installer tried to make one on-site from scrap material, but it was not good enough. It then took 6 weeks for them to finally fix it! They (the sub-contractor, Unico Countertops of Newburgh, NY) have an impenetrable phone system, and take many days to return messages, if they return them at all! Again the final product (granite countertop) is good, but all in all, it took 9 weeks to finish it!
