I'm not sure where to begin... first let me start out by saying the owner is the person that not only performs the free on-site estimate, he actually performs the installs. Talk about peace of mind! His knowledge and professionalism are un-parallel. He provided excellent information and gave expert advice on camera locations for best possible viewing of the surveillance cameras... which, in my case, meant purchasing less cameras than I first anticipated!!

System: has worked very well for all my wireless devices. Speed sometimes slows when several devices are logged on at once, but still much faster than my previous DSL.

After service was activated in June, we had no dial

After three phone calls to troubleshoot and an outage in our area, a technician came out and corrected what he described as an installation issue by the original technician. Service worked for only 1.5 days before we lost internet again. A 3 day outage occurred, after additional phone calls we were told it was due to equipment issues in their central office. After service returned, download speed was 0.48 Mb/s, and upload speed was 0.14 Mb/s. We couldn't even open google homepage in less than 90 seconds. A long wait (greater than 30 minutes) on the phone queue got us to technical support who confirmed our speed was unacceptable. In addition to sending a replacement modem, I was transferred to sales to upgrade service to the 7-10 Mb/s package. However, after another very long wait on hold (30 minutes), that sales representative told me that 7-10 Mb/s was not available at my location after all. Any two

The customer service representative who closed our account apologized for the poor service and told me that because we cancelled within 30 days, we were within the trial period and would not be billed and she would note this in my account. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any customer service, in any field. They have

charges everywhere and continued to charge me for two months after I told two representatives, including my business rep, to close the account. I was told I would be charged $20 per line for two lines, $20 for the S5 I purchased, and $10 for the iPad I had on their system. So, I should have been paying around $80-$85 with taxes. My bills were always over $140 dollars because of

charges which were immense. When I tried to activate two more lines they sent me the wrong

card 3 times for the iPhone. Then the one they sent me for my main line was cancelled by them so I had to drive an hour to the nearest store to get it corrected. We also had to call tech support 3 times to even get the phones to work properly because they synced them incorrectly. My rep did credit my account $150 for all the mistakes, but it did not end there. I bought the second line because I needed their wifi calling, so my rep sold me an S5. It apparently is the only android phone that will not do wifi calling, which was my reason for choosing tMobile in the first place. Instead of getting me a different phone, he sent out a signal booster which did no good. I didn’t have enough signal to make it worth using and the booster only helped a little at my house but did no good at my job sites. Finally, I left them after 5 months of constant issues and switched to Verizon. I transferred both numbers and was using them on Verizon for 2 months, yet here comes another tMobile bill. They are still charging me for the second line!!!! They said it’s because Verizon didn’t fully port the number so it was dual usage. However, I had talked to one tMobile agent on the phone and emailed my rep to ensure the account was closed when I switched and they both said it was, even the automated system said it was closed. When I just called they told me too bad Verizon didn't port it fully and kept every faulty charge. Also, I was told that the automated system was saying that because the first number was the primary. This was just a headache from day one that cost me a lot of time and money I should not have lost.

Telephone and internet provider in local area. Web mail is slow and it takes two or more times to log in to get connected. At times it is not much faster (DSL) than the previous dial up. Techs only give you excuses.

The biggest problem we have had with

Even after reporting specific times it went out and for how long, the problem wasn't fixed, so we dropped the service. This is when it first came out, and may not be a problem now. Other than that, we have always had good service from
